Carol has been in the dental field for 30 years and first joined the dental office in 2009. Carol is one of the friendly faces that will first greet you when you come into the dental office; she also performs the front desk duties to make everything go smoothly.

Her education includes courses from Cameron University, Pima Medical Institute for dental assisting and multiple continuing education conferences. Carol loves her co-workers and all the nice, appreciative patients she works with.

Carol has been happily married to Steve, her husband of 25 years, and when not working, she likes to read, go to the beach, cook and attend concerts. She also loves to spend time with her family and friends.

Rhonda is originally from Palm Bay. She joined the dental office in 2001 and thoroughly enjoys her work. She runs many of the clerical tasks for the dental office, including payroll, billing, and working with insurance companies to help maximize benefits for our patients. Rhonda has completed numerous continuing education courses to keep in touch with the latest information in the field.

Rhonda will attest that Dr. Nowacki and the staff members at the dental office are amazing. In fact, they are a lot like family! Theyve all worked together for many years and enjoy knowing one another on a personal level. Rhonda likes her job because everyone works hard to have a lasting positive impact on patients. She has been happily married to her husband, Paul, for 17 years. Together, the couple has a loving daughter and son. The entire family enjoys spending time with outdoor activities like boot camp, riding jet skis, and going to the beach.

Carol was born and raised in Palm Bay! After earning her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene, Carol joined the dental office in 1986. She loves the patients and the state-of-the-art dental office. Her favorite part of working here is that the staff and doctors work together well to give their patients the best care possible. She knows that she is a perfect fit for her job because she enjoys helping and working with people.

When shes not healing smiles at the dental office, Carol enjoys spending time with her husband and being a wonderful mother to her five beautiful children! She loves gardening and hanging out at the beach.

Kristy was born and raised in Southern California. Later, she moved to Melbourne! Shes been in the dental field for over thirty years and joined the dental office in 2010. She holds an associates degree and regularly completes continuing education courses.

Kristy loves working for the dental office because she is able to provide her amazing group of patients with high-quality dentistry in a state-of-the-art facility. She also enjoys working one-on-one with her patients, which makes her a perfect match for her career!

Stacey hails from Cocoa Beach, and she now resides in Melbourne. She achieved her associate's degree in dental hygiene in 2001. Stacey loves the dentistry field because she enjoys learning about the advances in the profession and seeing the dental office update to maintain such standards. She also knows that being able to help someone can truly make a difference for the patient.

Stacey knows that she 's a perfect fit for her job because she 's always been a people person, and what job fits that requirement better than a dental hygienist? She 's a self-professed 'wimp in the chair,' which drives her to deliver the utmost quality of compassionate care.

In her spare time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her 2 daughters and husband, boating, biking, reading, and traveling, especially to national parks. She loves anything involving animals, and particularly likes fitness challenges!

Amanda is from West Melbourne, and she has been in the profession since she joined in 1998! She assists the doctor during procedures and attends to the patients care. After achieving her Bachelors in Early Childhood Education, Amanda furthered her education by earning her Associates Degree in Expanded Functions Dental Assisting and Radiology.

She loves working for the dental office because she thinks of it like a second home! She likes how she can laugh and have a good time while doing a job she enjoys. She knows shes a perfect match for her job because shes a people person and likes working with patients to help put them at ease when it comes to dental work.

Amanda is the proud mother of three boys who are all very active in football and basketball. It keeps Amanda and her husband very busy! When she's not rooting for her sons and the field and courts, Amanda enjoys boating, 4-wheeling and spending time with her kids.

Nancy has been in the dental field for over 20 years; she joined the dental office in 2011. As a dental assistant, Nancy assists the dentists in all aspects of general dentistry and performs other daily tasks. She has completed education in aspects of her career with courses like radiology and expanded functions dental assisting.

She loves working side-by-side with Dr. Nowacki and the entire team. She knows a perfect fit for her role because shes easy-going, loves meeting new people, and offers the best possible quality dental care.

Julianne comes to us all the way from Long Island, New York! She brings over 20 years of experience to our dental office, and she just loves how her job gives her the opportunity to make patients feel good about themselves. Julianne is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) and is certified in dental radiology and placing dental crowns and bridges. Basically, if a patient needs something, shes always able to help!
