I don't know why Google will not make an update so we can give businesses an negative rating. I went here about 2 to 3 years ago because a filling came out. They talk about putting an inlay in there. I agreed, thinking that an inlay was the politically correct term for a filling, WRONG, an inlay is about 5 to 600 dollars more than a filling (hence the reason why they suggested it). They litterally hollowed out my entire tooth just to put an inlay in there plus I had to keep coming back to get this inlay adjusted (more than 5 times). Then had the audacity to offer me a free deep cleaning knowing that you ripped me off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT MIGHT BE THE WORST DENTAL OFFICE IN ALL OF BROWARD COUNTY!!!

1. I got a second opinion after being told by a Beautiful Smiles dentist that I needed to get a root canal done. My second opinion saved me a lot of money!! I didn't need a root canal. No joke! 2. On my first visit to get a cavity filled at Beautiful Smiles the dentist left me with her assistant to polish the tooth. The assistant also worked on the bite and checked it a few times before polishing. I didn't know assistants were allowed to do work like that. I sat there petrified while the assistant worked on me. The dentist didn't even check the assistants work. 3. Not long after that visit I started to feel pain where the work had just been done. After being in pain for a little while I went back to Beautiful Smiles. Thats when my Beautiful Smiles dentist did the filling for a 2nd time. Her work left me in pain again. The pain lasted until my second opinion fixed the problem by redoing the filling. Never have I ever needed a filling done 3x in one month for it to get done right. 4. I hope Beautiful Smiles is sanitary and uses a different container of tooth spacers per patient. I also hope those containers get sanitized. 5. When the Beautiful Smiles dentist was redoing the filling she leaned against the water gun spraying water all over me. The dentist apologized, but didn't stop drilling to let me dry off. She left me sitting there wet until she was done. 6. I reached out to a Beautiful Smiles front desk associate for corporates number. The associate wouldn't give it to me. She told me I had to file my complaint with the office manager in an email. Then the associate asked me what the complaint was about. I told her a little bit and she responded with, "We don't do checks like that here." What?!?!? Wow!! No exam or x-ray of a sore tooth before diagnosing further and major work like a root canal? I'm sorry, but I expect thorough work even if the cavity is my fault. The front desk associate also tried to convince me that my pain was a sign I needed a root canal. I'm sorry, but she's not a dentist and I'm not stupid. 7. I followed the Beautiful Smiles complaint protocol and to my surprise and dismay I got called by the dentist I filed a complaint about. That was when I asked her a few questions as to why she didn't do some certain things before making two extreme diagnoses. One question was why she didn't at least examine the redone filling before diagnosing a root canal. The Beautiful Smiles dentist responded and said she didn't need to check to know and told me that I'm not a dentist and that she is and she went to dental school and has a doctorate in dentistry. The dentists refusal to give me an educated response and lack of professionalism reminds me of a quote from that movie Matilda..I'm big..you're little...I'm right..you're wrong...I really didn't need to be talked to like that by the Beautiful Smiles dentist. It was hurtful, uncalled for, and rude. 8. I never did hear from corporate or even a superior and now I don't want to.

I had been a patient at this office for about 5 years. Never had a problem until this year when I came in to have xrays, exam and cleaning. I have used the same insurance for all those years and the office is very aware of what services are covered. They have occasionally recommended treatment or a procedure that was not covered by my insurance and I was told what my out of pocket cost would be if I approved the service. This time when I checked my billing statement for that day I saw that several extra xrays had been done that were not covered by my plan. I had not been consulted or asked for my consent to do this or had any discussion regarding the extra cost to me if I were to decide to have them done. I reported this to my insurance and was told they justified doing them without my permission because they were giving me what I needed. They also told me I needed a very expensive treatment plan for periodontal disease. I then said I would get a 2nd opinion. I saw a different dentist who read the xrays , did an exam and a very good cleaning. I asked if he saw any periodontal issues, bleeding gums during the exam and cleaning and he said "No Your teeth are in good condition and will see you in 6 months." This dentist has taken care of my husband for many years and treats him for periodontal issues so I feel sure if I needed that expensive treatment he would have told me. Not sure what is happening in that office but it pays to get a 2nd opinion

Least responsive office staff! I've called several times to get a refund for dental work that was not done but was paid for. The receptionist tells me the office manager will return my call. No call was ever received. I've moved and need the money they are holding to do some much needed dental work. Be careful using Care Credit when doing business with Beautiful Smiles, you wind up paying for dental work whether it is done or not.

The dental hygienist is amazing. I do feel like they are money hungry. Told me and my husband we needed deep cleanings. I didn't need a deep cleaning at all but it would've been 1200 x2 so they would've made a good 2400 off of us. I knew I didn't need a deep cleaning so I just let them talk. They filled a tooth that was previously filled by their North Miami location but it got a cavity under the filling, then told me afterward the new filling I would need a root canal for that tooth. I still have two silver fillings from when I was 20 and they recommended I remove them to get composite fillings. Mind you that's what I did with the location in Miami and it ended up with me needed to refill it again since a cavity formed under the filling. It was unnecessary and a waste of money since in the end with this tooth they say needs a root canal now, they have filled it twice . They require you to pay a deposit to book an appointment. I've never in all my years had a dental experience where you pay a deposit to book an basic follow up dental appointment.

Terrible customer service and professionalism from staff at this location. Furthermore, my initial reason for going to this particular dentistry was for the "6 months braces" in which the company advertised; very misleading. I ended up wearing braces for about two years and still am not satisfied with the results. To respond to the owners comments left on this post, No thank you. I will happily take my services to a more professionally staffed place of business where I will be provided the best possible solutions for my issue. Thanks and have a wonderful and happy holidays!

One staff member is always so rude to me. Literally always. I never write a review about a company, agency, office or whatever, I just simply stop going and take my business elsewhere however, Divine that works at the front desk is not welcoming procedures are not explained has an attitude if you have to reschedule. Attitude is uncalled for. The customer service just sucks in my opinion. Dr.'s are honestly nice and make you feel comfortable, but the lady at the front desk and that answers the phone really turned me off from going back.

I had to take time to write a review to share my patient experience from a recent appointment at Beautiful Smiles. Garla is an amazing, thorough and professional Hygienist. She was extremely helpful and showed patience in helping me through my procedure. I strongly feel that my experience and feeling would only be experienced at Beautiful Smiles. Dr. Bailey was very thoughtful and caring in explaining everything to me and helped relieve my concerns. Devine and Jeanette is always friendly and informative whenever I have questions or upon my visit to the office. Dr. Baker and Team, Thanks for always making me feel that I am your only patient and showing that you care about the total patient experience.

I went to this office to get my teeth cleaned and had an excellent experience. My technician was especially sensitive to the fact that I have discomfort with cold air and cold water on my teeth while cleaning them. Each person that I encountered on their staff was warm and personable, it was amazing! Thank you Beautiful Smiles for making a sometimes unpleasant experience enjoyable!
