The people who work here are great but whoever owns/ is running this place needs to be looked into for insurance fraud. They want me to ..yearly.. have 4 sets of x-rays and 5 cleanings, debridings. Dentist said "Some patients say that's a lot and their prior dentist didn't do that but that's what we think is necessary ". I brush and floss, etc, on a very regular basis and have NO dental issues.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS FACILITY AT ALL !!!! The people here will lie straight to your face about the procedures you need to get done , They will find several ways to take multiple payments from you without doing the correct procedures and if you have insurance they will charge them as well . These people drag their feet , They are very unprofessional . They will leave you so confused on what you REALLY need done and most importantly they will leave you in MAJOR PAIN due to them refusing to be honest about what you need done the FIRST time . THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY , NOT GENUINE PEOPLE. The front desk assistant is also a liar .

DO NOT COME HERE !! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL ! Dr. Johnson lies about the procedures that you need to get done due to her being money hungry and not being passionate about her job . She will lie to your face about what is wrong with you and everyone at the front desk keep up with her lies as well . All they want is your money . She rush to do everything & does not do the PROPER procedures that you NEED . everything is a lie and waste of time ! THEY WILL LEAVE YOU IN SERIOUS PAIN ! DO NOT COME HERE AT THIS IS YALL WARNING !!!

My experience at beautiful smile was amazing! My first time going for a root canal I was very nervous, but Doctor green and Ryiana, made my visit a great one. they provided great customer service,Patience and concern, I want to thank them for making my visit a great experience

Went in for a root canal that was not finished. ended in the dentist saying it needed to be extracted because there was a crack in my tooth which was visible looking at the tooth she also took x-rays before the procedure. This all could have been avoided if she looked at the x-rays and hadn't been rushing to get me out her chair.. also I was sitting in the chair for two hours before the dentist came in for the procedure she said I was waiting for my mouth to get numb but it didn't take two hours to feel the numbing shots . During the procedure she drilled my tooth, she had started removing the nerves in my gum and I was in pain and I told her I was in pain she said she would take x-rays I had the needle in my mouth for seven minutes while she was out of the room and she still had to come back and look at the x-ray all while the needle was in my mouth and I couldn't close my mouth nor had a hairs to help keep my mouth open. When she returned I was in pain and she kept working on my mouth and then realize she could not continue the root canal I was also told I would be scheduled for a filling during the same appointment so I wouldn't be paying more money but that same day they said it was not scheduled so I would be paying more money for the filling on a different appointment date. I've never had my filling scheduled for separate dates they've all been done on the same date for that reason of not paying separate payments. After being told she could not do the root canal the dentist went on lunch I did not have any of my questions answered about why I had to have the extraction The front desk told me they would give me a call when she returned I did not receive a call.

Family owned dentistry only one location. Patients confuse this practice with another one nearby with several locations. This practice is not apart of the other practice and has great service. The doctor does not try to make you spend a bunch of money and is very fair.

I called multiple times because I got to the answering machine & have the type of schedule that makes it hard to take a sporadic callback. I got someone on the phone but suddenly was put on hold when trying to schedule. When she returned, she asked if she could call me at another time. I stated that I can't actually take calls easily, and her response was "I'm sorry for that" and hung up! I literally decided to call another location and they were so much better about getting scheduled. I will NEVER call this place again.

Dr. Amy is the best. She is kind, gentle, and detailed. I am normally scared of dentists, as most are, but she made the process easy. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I think I finally found a dentist I am not scared of coming back to.

Never had a scheduling problem. Always able to get me in when I need to be seen. Best dentist I have seen in my years. Kind, professional, and understanding.

One thing I hate is a dentist that upsells me. I just need my teeth cleaned and some fillings sometime. That's why I love Beautiful Smiles. I don't feel pressured for an upsale on my teeth. I want to keep my teeth healthy but not go broke. This office is understanding and makes sure I get what I need.

This by far is the BEST dentistry practice I have ever been too. Everyone there is incredibly professional and empathetic. They even sent me a card when I mentioned that a close family member had recently passed. You are in such great hands at Beautiful Smiles. Even if I move further away from this practice, I'm sure to still make the drive because of their CONSISTENTLY excellent service. Look no further to have your dentistry needs met. Beautiful Smiles is so wonderful, you'll actually look forward to going to the dentist! I know I do!
