We've taken our children to Beautiful Smiles for years. Not only do they take great care of their teeth, but they make it a fun experience. Everything in the office is designed with kids at the center, including the amazing staff and doctors. Now that my children are older, I love that we were able to do braces in the same office.

I have taken my grandsons to Beautiful Smiles on occasion. As I sat in the waiting room, I observed the professional manner in which the staff greeted the children. If kids are wary on their first visit, the staff are uniquely prepared to help kids feel safe and calm. For kids who are veterans, they can't wait for their turn!

Incredibly friendly and knowledgeable staff. My kids love going to play with the toys in reception and their cleaning is stress free as they are able to watch movies while they are being worked on. Staff provide vital info to guide parents on proper nutrition, etc.

Both of our children have gone to Beautiful Smiles for all of their dentistry needs and we are always impressed. The dentists and staff all strive to make it a positive experience for the kids.

My kids enjoy their visits at Beautiful Smiles! There is never any anxiety around "going to the dentist". The staff is so friendly and attentive. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcomed!

There is no better place for kids to see the dentist. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. My kids look forward to going!

BEAUTIFUL SMILES IS THE WORST DENTISTRY EVER!!! Incompetent employees.. Dr Carlin who worked on my daughter worked on the wrong tooth and charged us for it when we were scheduled in to do certain teeth he just decided to work on a different tooth as he was working on her and never got the original job done. If I could give them a negative review with no stars I would. But in order for me to comment on my experience I have to atleast give a 1 star. They worked on my daughters teeth and filled the wrong one.. then told me I was covered w my insurance to have extra things done that didn't need to be done and then charged me for them then sent me straight to collections. Beautiful smiles is the worst most awful dentistry we have ever been to and they will screw you over in any way they can. My daughter even had an appointment (today) and we called to cancel it and thank goodness we didn't drive all the way to beautiful smiles because they forgot to to put her in the schedule anyhow. Please if I can get alot of people to read this review it would save anyone alot of time, hassle, and Money!! Go to another dentistry if you can.

Dr Tuthill and her assistant abbey made my daughters first experience the best experience. They work so well together and my daughter and I both left with a smile on our faces, we wouldn't go anywhere else until we have too so thankful for beautiful smiles and their amazing staff!

I had taken my three children to Beautiful Smiles for years and self paid. We've spent thousands of dollars here and always paid at the time of appointment. We had never missed an appointment. At our last appointment, the charges went $500 over the quote and as I was paying, the receptionist offered to send a bill for the extra amount because it was so much over what was expected. I agreed and told her to send it to my name. They instead sent it to the children's terminally ill dad, who was hospitalized for several months at the time. When we figured out that there was an outstanding bill and where it was located, it was explained and paid immediately. Later I called to make an appointment for a concern (the work they had done on my son was abscessed) and was told we had been dismissed (but never notified).This was obviously a huge blow and a hardship to our family at an already low moment. Their welcome page says "Our passion, and the purpose of our practice, is to provide the best possible pediatric dental and orthodontic care through kindness, education, and excellent treatment...Kindness is important." I truly hope nobody else is treated as poorly as we were.

This place is amazing!! I first took my daughter here when she was 3 and didn't speak or understand any English. They made everything to make her feel comfortable and she loves coming here since then. They do a whole "performance" showing kids the toys, talking and playing with them, letting them play on iPads while waiting and more. Their waiting room with all the toys, books and activities is great too. Absolutely love it :)

My grandchildren went to Beautiful Smiles. Their single mom paid out-of-pocket for dental care as the children went there since they were toddlers. There is a bill for $21 and another for not much more- without any notice, no phone call, no letter, no e-mail notice and my grandchildren are no longer permitted to go to Beautiful Smiles and the bill is sent to collections. But first, Beautiful Smiles cashed a check for $100 on the exact same date they sent a balance to collections. Absolutely disgraceful. I actually took my daughter to Beautiful Smiles when she was a child. Maybe if one is wealthy and able to afford great dental insurance the treatment is better all-around. Absolutely appalling that Beautiful Smiles considers themselves putting children's dental health as a priority. They've received thousands of dollars "out-of-pocket" by myself and my daughter: and for $21 they send a bill to collections.

This place is magical. It's designed perfectly for kids, and the every person I've met there has been amazing with my daughter. They are very patient, understanding, and flexible. I'm so thankful I found such a great place for my children to have their teeth taken care of.

Great environment and the staff is so welcoming and child friendly. It makes walking in easy for children. However their patient load is too high for them to schedule treatments in a reasonable amount of time. When I called to express a concern I was told there were no earlier appointments, to wait for my child's scheduled appointment 1 month away Then it took another 3 months to have an appointment to treat a cavity.... The result, an area of concern became so bad the tooth had to be removed. Perhaps the 4 month waiting time wouldn't have changed the outcome.... I'm disappointed and expected more timely treatment; it appears prevention and attempts for the least invasive intervention are not their top priority. Their system needs to improve, or add a dentist to maintain the high level of care throughout all levels of care.

I wish that this place was around years ago for my older teens dental care! I take my middle child here cureently. He LOVES this place. I will be bringing my younger children, who are both autistic to various degrees, to their first dental appointment ever. I think the exceptionally friendly and caring staff will be great with my special kids. I love how innovative this office. They have tablets to entertain the children and awesome toys in their lobby!
