HORRIBLE PLACE! My husband went because he was in savvier pain. He let them know ahead of time that was not a regular visit. The destist told him he had a terrible infection, but NEVER prescribe him any antibiotics! Expensive as well!. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My family and I have been coming to Beautiful Smiles Dentistry for over 5 years. I can't say enough about how positive of an experience I have everytime I come in for my annual check up and dental work. Dr Galvez began to know me as a patient, but over time that grew into a more personable relationship. I feel she has got to know me as a person and patient over time. I've also got to know her staff. I've seen rotations of staff of their dental hygienists that have come and go throughout the years, and each of them has done quality work and pay attention to detail with the service they provide. Great dental hygienists are the workforce of a great dentistry, and this place has them. They are informative, gentle, patient and thorough. Thank you beautiful smiles Dentistry for keeping mine and my family`s teeth healthy!

They Overcharge and exaggerate prices for the slightest detail and do not do a good job with the results. They also had me waiting for 3hrs even when I had an appointment that was supposedly set up but never was and still went on to pass people ahead of me. Not organized, would not recommend.

They made sure that I felt at home! From start to finish, from the walk through to the very end of my procedure. Everyone was so welcoming and kind. They cared about my end goal with my teeth and presented numerous options on how to go about reaching my goal for awesome teeth. I am excited to be back!!!

Beautiful Smiles Dental Care did an awesome job with my crown and my wisdom teeth extraction. With their high tech equipment I even got my crown the same day. Scheduling an appointment was easy and very friendly on the phone. At the time of the procedure they made me feel safe and calm. Highly recommend them!

I've worked with the Beautiful Smiles Dental Center years ago and again today. Dentists always freaked me out but I was experiencing immense tooth pain and had to come. I came here and everyone was so sweet and really calmed me down. They took my tooth out so fast, I didn't even realize it happened. I came here again today for my mom's work up and again, they were so calming and informative and gentle. Would definitely recommend to come here!

BEWARE! THIS PLACE WILL UNNECESSARILY TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! Im new to the area and set out to find a dentist for a 6 month cleaning. I had no previous problems, no aches or pains. At check in, I should have took heed when they all ready had a cancer screening on comprehensive sheet for $70. I asked for it to be removed and I just need a cleaning. She said she would remove it. After being called back, there were more questions from lady set to do the dental work. I was asked again what brought me in, again my reply was a cleaning. One fought of mine was being honest. I shared that its been a couple years since my last clean, we are a military family and we move often. That honesty must have triggered an opportunity for them to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. Preceding after the lady took the ex-rays she said the doctor will come in and let me know what type of cleaning will be needed. She said that there are 3 types of cleaning and according to what she observe, she will tell me WHAT IS NEEDED! The Doctor comes in, She asked as well what brought me in. My answer was a cleaning! Then she ask any pain or discomfort, my reply was no. After her analysis she ask did i have discomfort in a certain area i said no again. She then rolled out a ton of things that needs to be done. A treatment plan as she called it. At that moment I had a gut feeling that i was being HUSTLED. My only regret is not leaving at that moment. But I sat there and listen, naively receiving the advice. I mean she should have my best interest at heart, at least thats what I wanted to believe. The doctor went out after giving me that whole run down, she also tried to sale/scare me into the cancer treatment again, stating it was highly recommended and giving me statistics on ppl having cancer not catching it in time. But this procedure would catch it and so on...After she left out I was waiting for a while, timeframe of being in there was over 2 hours. Remember, I'm only there for a cleaning. Now another lady comes in with the same type paper from check in, comprehensive layout for me to sign. On the sheet it had $70 cancer treatment that I asked to be removed was still there plus the cleaning that the doctor said I needed to start with in order to continue with a standard 6 month cleaning bc I haven't been to the dentist in so long. Out of pocket I had to pay $220. Now, I'm like wow! I didn't know cleaning had such high out of pocket cost. So I took a picture and sent it to my husband. However, as the lady stood there staring waiting for me to sign. I did, because at this point I'm like lets get this cleaning and get out of here. Before the cleaning or procedure started I requested my paper work and they didn't like that one bit! They started what was said to be first part of the cleaning which was extremely painful and rough. I then had to make an appointment for the other part of the cleaning 4 weeks later and another consultation with the doctor a week later. It all seemed weird but I went with it thinking this was protocol. (Side note: GO WITH YOUR GUT)! My husband on the other hand decided to call a friend of his who is a REPUTABLE DENTIST in another state to get a second opinion about what just happened. He explained that the treatments I received were not common practice, simply a big time money grab and symbol of aggressive billing practices employed by corporate dental practices and groups to try to maximize profits. He also said people like this make him so mad. They mess up the reputation of the rest of us dentists that keep patients best interests at the forefront. So there you have it! BEAUTIFUL SMILES ONLY CARE ABOUT CREATING WAYS TO INCREASE THEIR PROFITS. Please don't make the same mistake I did. FIND ANOTHER DENTIST! Also my husband went back to ask for a refund, due to the misguidance. I am under his insurance. He was completely dismissed and told: well your wife shouldn't have signed the paper work. These are PREDATORY PRACTICES AND THIS PREDATORY DENTIST OFFICE! This has to stop! I will be reporting to the board of dentistry.

The front desk so helpful and very extremely knowledgeable for everything related to insurance. The dentist and all the hygienist were professional and above all caring. They sit down and listen to you. I moved over from a dental office in the area where the office manager was pushy and know it all person. So happy to have found Beautiful Smile Dental.
