My 78 year old mother came here for dental treatment and went to the emergency room afterwards. She was NOT prescribed a significant pain killer after a very painful extraction of 2 broken teeth. She was given Ibuprofen (Motrin) for her pain which is known to cause high blood pressure. This is after she told the dentist she had high blood pressure already. She collapsed due to her blood pressure and almost had a stroke. TAKE EXTREME CAUTION BEFORE ALLOWING THEM TO DO ANY ORAL SURGERY ON YOU!!

I would've been a new patient, I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist put me on hold and never returned I was on hold over 10 mins.

I recommend beautiful smiles to anyone!! I have such a fear against dentist from traumatizing childhood that it says "fearful" on my chart!! But when I'm here my dental hygienist is so gentle & talks to me to ease my nerves. The cleaning may take a little longer than normal but as I keep coming I'm more at ease, I love Dr. Noel she is such a sweetheart and makes sure I'm okay when she is checking me out

The staff is wonderful and the office is clean. Dr. Noel made my percedure painless and the next day recovery was awesome. I would recommend Beautiful Smiles to anyone even children.

I recommended Beautiful Smiles to anyone that is looking for a "AMAZING DENTIST AND FAMILY ORIENTED DENTISTRY GREETING YOU WITH A SMILE", with Mona! Also, I am a person that has to have "gas" in order to receive my services. But, Brautiful Smiles makes me feel so comfortable without having to use any additional calmness. This is one of the best Dentist, I have ever received services that I enjoy coming to each time for my services!

I am terrified of Dentist and had to make a appointment to see one. When walk into the place you are automatically put at ease there is a sense of peace and comfort They are Christian and I truly believe that's what make the difference.. Christian music is played , everyone is so friendly and like I said there is comfort and peace here The Dr is amazing as is all the staff Definitely my dentist from now on

Extremely dissatisfied with their services. I scheduled an appointment for today at 3:30pm MONTHS ago, in July, for a rotting tooth to be looked at, and for a routine cleaning. It became severely infected by September, so I called to see if I could be seen sooner for the rotting tooth, and after 3 weeks of calling every few days I was finally told I could come in. Then, I was informed by phone that they couldn't even extract the tooth and that all they could do was write a prescription for antibiotics and give me a referral to see an oral surgeon. I was just over 4 months pregnant at the time and had also informed them of that, not only over the phone but on my intake paperwork, and they even had me get a form sent to them from my OBGYN for permission to treat me, yet when I was brought in to be seen NO ONE knew about it and they tried to do an X-Ray on the rotting tooth until I told them once again that I was pregnant, to which they all seemed surprised and told me I should have said something beforehand, as if I hadn't already! They confirmed my tooth was rotting, gave me a prescription for the antibiotic and a referral to an oral surgeon. Upon leaving, I stopped by the receptionist's desk to let them know I still wanted to keep my scheduled appointment (the one for today) to get my annual cleaning done. I was told it wouldn't be an issue. I never got a confirmation call for the appointment so I called their office this morning and they told me I never had an appointment scheduled! Then they told me the earliest I could be seen is FEBRUARY OF NEXT YEAR. I will never be returning, and I wouldn't ever refer anyone to their office. There is absolutely NO COMMUNICATION between the staff about their patient's conditions or needs, and they are NOT RELIABLE when setting up appointments! Horrible patient care!

Dr. Noel is simply one of the best dentists in the Middle Georgia area. She is kind, gentle, patient, and very understanding. My son had a scare at another dentist office and I didn't want him to develop a fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Noel took the time to talk to him about his experience and calm his fears. I love that we don't have to spend all day at the dentist office. Everything you need to know is explained upfront. I'd recommend her and her staff to anyone.
