This review is super delayed (I came in 10/26) but that should tell you alot for me to come back weeks later to put thus review in. First I'm new here to GA so these 3300 forms and all that jazz are a disaster especially the way the schools notify you but that's neither here nor there. When I tell you Ms Christina went out her way for me to make sure I not only got a new patient appt in 10 min for the very next day, but made sure to make it a point to get me to this location since she was going to be there that day. Dad took him in the room and afterwards Ms Christina broke everything down for us as to what we needed to do to get some things taken care of for my son. I mean made extra calls outside of the dental world just to assist us a d everything. And told me to call and ask for her if I had any other questions or things I needed help with regardless of what it was related to. Never have I seen someone go so hard so fast for a new patient. That by definition is beyond Customer Service. We definitely found a Dental Home for my little guy. I'm grateful for Ms Christina and the staff as everyone was polite and seemed to really be there for the kids. That's a rare situation these days..

Love the environment! They are all well spoken and have AWESOME customer service! They call to do follow ups every one is so professional. Honestly In the times we're living in rn it's hard to find business that still care about the patients and customers ! They are a 10/10 they do so great with the kids !! Love them wish happiness and more businesses opportunities on everyone in the building

Dequavious was waited on very quickly but he was in the back to long so I had to go ask why everyone had came from the back except for him. They responded by saying he was acting out and shouldn't have due to his age. So when he came out I ask Dequavious what happened while getting his check up. He said he needed to spit the toothpaste out from the cleaning then the associate responded to him to swallow the toothpaste and spit in his mouth and he said he would not he need to spit it out. I think someone should have gotten me to come to the back because he said whomever was doing his cleaning was very rough when continuing to clean his teeth. I can say the associate did an awesome job with the cleaning but he did say his mouth was hurting for a while after we left the visit.

I am simply not pleased with the service I received today I just went for a cleaning and came back home with puffy and red bleeding gums even though I brush and floss my teeth 2 times a day I WILL NOT be returning back to this location EVERY again ...

Very Fast and professional!! Did everything in one day !! Im so grateful! I used to come here as a kid so to see that its still nice and kept up and looks exactly was a very great feeling !!

I schedule my son an appointment and they call to confirm and I didn't answer, so within 5 minutes of getting the message I called back they never pick the phone up so I left a message and they still cancel his appointment. This is the Beautiful smile on MLK think they can do and say whatever to you. Don't let you kid go here

I appreciate the care my boys are given when they are scheduled to visit. They explain in details what they need to do when brushing their teeth and flossing. My boys have special needs so they are very patient with them and I think them for that.

I always go off my kid if she like them than i like them.Ku'michael said that they was really nice to her.So i guess we will be back.Everyone was nice to us on other first visit there.

When I tell you they were compassionate, and professional, I absolutely mean it!!! My son had a emergency, I was frantic! They got my son in, saw him in a timely manner. I was so worried about my baby, and they took him to the back to be seen. So me being the momma bear I am, I followed behind him. Only to be told I couldn't go with him. Sweet baby Jesus, I lost it!!!! I don't know if it was because I hadn't did this in years, my oldest was 26, here I am almost 50 with a 7 year old. That's my baby, my rider, my little man, but the young lady behind the front desk saw I was frantic and worried, she let me peep in on him. When he came out they explained his treatment plan in detail, and the office manager was beyond accommodating, and nurturing. She assured me everything was going to be alright. And to call her personally if ever I needed anything. If I could give them 5 more stars, I would!!!!!! This entire office ROCKS!!!!!!!!

First Time Experience With A Toddler That Had To Be Put Down .., I Was Literally A Reck Crying Like A Punk Cause My Baby Left Me No Choice And My Feelings Were Hurt Cause I Couldn't Comfort Her How I Wanted Lol Bt Thanks To The Beautiful Smiles Family And Ms Christina They Felt My Pain And Comforted Me Through It All

As a mother with toddlers, our first dental experience was a big one. I could not be happier with Beautiful Smiles on MLK. My two year old needed root canals. The staff from the were knowledgeable, kind and comforting for both me and my son. They answered every question and gave me amazing guidance; truly went above and beyond every step of the way. Everything went smoothly, was done quickly and with excellence. The entire facility is filled with great people. Kristina is an absolute gem. They felt like family from beginning to end and gave my son the best care I could ever expect or hope for. I am happy to have found the dentist for all of my sons now and for the future. If it wasn't for the three nice ladies at the front desk, Would be no stars. Back of the office is hell. Unprofessional. Medicad racket at its best. What should be done in one visit, becomes three. Greedy. Kids never have a happy experience here.

This was my first time taking my daughter to this dentist and they were very unprofessional. The dentist caught a attitude because it was my daughters first time while she was trying to count her teeth on top of the long wait that I had just for them to brush her teeth. I will not be bringing my daughter back. I should've looked at the reviews before I brought her here. The only reason I gave two stars is because the assistant that called us to the back was the only one with some good customer service
