Worst dentist ever! God forbid you need numbing before a procedure. She literally stabs you with the needle so you are in agony! She comes in late, and makes you wait in the chair forever after she's stabbed you...by the time she comes back, whatever numbing she gave you is long gone. Worst experience of my life. Will never go back ever!

This place needs to have their license removed ASAP!! Absolutely disgusting practices. I went for a regular cleaning ("included" as part of my insurance) and from the second I sat in that chair all they cared about was how much they could surcharge with made-up procedures. They assured my that the regular cleaning wouldn't do me any good and that I needed a 'deep cleaning' which was NOT a part of my insurance and had to pay additional out of pocket. I refused. Then, they flipped it to "you have two cavities and need to take care of them ASAP", which I also refused. I have been to three different dentists since, all of which have assured me that I have no cavities at all and that I was simply lied to in order to be taken advantage of. Please don't be fooled by the nice location and the most-likely fake positive reviews.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! I was lied to about treatment, fraudulently billed and will have spent thousands of dollars correcting Kimberly Nguyen's mistakes. I would give Nguyen Kimberly P DDS Negative Stars if that were an option. This was by far the worst dental treatment I have ever had. I was told two procedures were needed, both were performed a couple of days apart. Kimberly Nguyen questioned me when I told her I was not numb, insisting it was pressure, not pain I felt, she was impatient, had no bed side manner and mean, she forgot to give me the oral rinse needed after the second procedure. At the follow up appointment, the lady working the front desk/dental assistant(??) tried to take out my stitches; unsuccessful the Assistant(?) went to the back and Kimberly Nguyen came into the room and told me she just had comedic work done and was embarrassed to see anyone because her face looked weird..??!! Two months after my treatment she charge my credit card without my consent, 11 months and three weeks later I received a bill for ~$800.00. One tooth Nguyen Kimberly worked on was painful for a year and I could not chew or floss in that area. The dentist I currently see said that something did not look right and highly questioned if I needed the other procedure. I had an emergency visit to my current Dentist yesterday for a tooth Kimberly Nguyen worked on and was told it needed to be extracted and an implant put in. Both procedures done by Kimberly Nguyen are being corrected, $$$.

Dr. Kimberly Nguyen is patient and understanding with my husband fear of dental work. She made him feel comfortable and relaxed. I am so happy Her office is clean and neat.

Dr. Kimberly and her staff are very professional and kind. The office is clean and modern. I have been a patient here for a while but I did not come back for 2 years because I did not have dental insurance. This morning, I came for my teeth cleaning appointment and I found out that I needed a deep cleaning. They gave me a special price for cash discount and also 25% off for friends and family. The appointment was short and painless and my teeth and gum feel so clean now. I recommend this dental office because they treat me like a family member and there's no "sales pitch" here.

I have been a patient here for more than 10 years. Dr. Kimberly and Staff continue to treat me with kindness and respect. Our family does not have much money saved for dental work. We appreciate the fact that she is willing to make monthly payment without hesitation. She is gentle and thorough with her work.

I decided to come to this dental office because it is so close to where I work. At first, I was a little hesitated due to a few negative reviews I read. To my surprise , Dr. Nguyen and her staff were very professional , honest and accommodating. I did not have to wait and they were willing to stay until 7:30 pm to finish my dental treatments. She's very gentle and I like her painless injections. The next day, the assistant called me to make sure that I was doing ok after the dental works. I am very happy with this dental office.

She simply is not a good dentist. She calls natural indentions cavities and just fills and bills however often she can. In the three years that I was her patient, the entirety of my benefits were used. She put in one crown crooked and said she would fix it, then kept putting it off. Recommended another crown that I don't think I actually needed, but was super high pressure about it and I ended up spending three months trying to get that one right before I asked my insurance to investigate and refund so I could get crown made immediately onsite at Dr. McKinley's office. If you still have reservations about going to her -- delta dental did refund her charges. Also, she has no respect for anyone's time- a fact well known in the office. I agree with the idea of questioning her ability to have a license.

I have been a patient of Beautiful Smile Dental for 5 years. I really like the office, the dr and the staff. They treated me like I am a family member. The doctor and staff are very kind and professional. The doctor is very gentle and caring. I just got my new smile fixed and everybody loves and gives me so many compliments. My family and I will be faithful patients here for sure.

Dr Nguyen is by far one of the best dentists I have ever seen. I have an absolute dread of visiting any dentist - but she has done a lot to minimize that. Always very concerned about comfort and lack of pain, very capable at giving nearly painless lidocaine shots, and has a strong work ethic (often working late just to make sure she takes care of your needs) Accepting of most insurances, and understanding when high dental bills pop up. Can't recommend her enough!

I was lied to about treatment by the assistant. Assistant lied to doctor that I didn't have time to get proper treatment. It was not a miscommunication, the assistant wanted to get out for lunch and lying to the doctor was going to expedite the process. They tried to charge me for a service that wasn't performed. When confronted I was lied to again. Will be following up with the BBB.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Please please do not go to this place. They are absolutely going to have their licenses removed. They are evil people. There are too many issues to list but I will try. They call a patient that they were going to numb her and then completely freaking forgot to before working!!!! They refuse to admit that this was an insane mistake and, instead, proceeded to completely lie and Said that said patient requested not to be numb. This is 100% absolute lies. They will lose their license, I am 100% sure of this, because not only were we lied to about insurance items and told to sign for medication even after it was fully known that we never received the medication, another patient had arrived at the same time and luckily left because he was being involved in the same type of scam by these people. Horrible horrible organization and I do not have enough time to list.
