Came in yesterday for my children's new patient check up and cleaning appointment. Dr. Kim and his back office staff/assistants were great. I'm a retired office manager and have been in the dental field for over 20 years and I know what good service is. Unfortunately I couldn't give his office 5 stars due to how inept and rude his front office staff was. I believe her name is Iday? First of all she did not greet us head was buried in a phone call when we got there. During my visit she informed me my kids were not assigned to the office and was on the phone with the insurance rep. Firstly, this insurance verification should've been checked and cleared before my children's visit not on the day of and not when my daughter was done with her appointment because telling me we are not assigned here is now telling me I owe the services out of pocket! I had called 8 days prior to schedule their appointments so that is ample time to get your insurance verification done. Secondly, Iday was pointing fingers at the insurance rep and then myself for not knowing what we were doing when it was actually her who didn't know what she was doing. Thirdly, to then tell me I have an attitude?? Yup I had one after being accused of having an attitude when I didn't have one and I was on my phone with the insurance to help her with her job! Bottom line this is a good office with a great doctor. They either need more help in the front or a replacement.

Very rude front desk people. Scheduled my son for a pediatric dental fillings. Drove 30 minutes on a Sunday, got there and they confirmed our appointment. Guess what? They said they don't accept kids. I asked for an explanation and they just gave us a blank stare I mean if you're working there, atleast know what to answer or find someone to answer for you if you don't know you job. I hate giving bad reveiws. But this business doesn't value people's time. Front desk lady doesn't know how to talk politely. Never been in a dental office with rude front desk. Period.

Waiting is long and receptionist is rude and I had a filling and it still hurt

Went today to this office. The doctor is very nice. Very helpful but we forgot the doctors note for my husband and called the office twice. The lady answer the phone was giving me attitude. I was explaining that I need the note for tomorrow not dated today but she told me is not listening o me because she want the date for today. I told I spoke to the doctor already and ask the note for tomorrow. I will never coming back to this place again. In other hand the doctor is very nice but the receptionist that answer the phone around 3 PM is not nice. I recieve the letter but there is no doctor's signature just the address and saying my husband cant go to work. It's not formal letter. I could just type that, it looks like a fake excuse note for work and did a bad job making it.

Positive atmosphere great job removing wisdom tooth, Dr. Miranda was patient and well knowledgeable of the task at hand,Front desk positive and enlighting energy welcoming.
