No one answers the phone call. The people changed a lot. The doctors not responsible. Every time you went will be a totally different doctor and people help you to fix the bracelet. So wired! WHAT CAN DO AS I PIAD AND SIGN the contract. The price is mystery. When I went to check up, the doctor asked me to do the jaw surgery. The the set me a price for bracelets for getting ready for jaw surgery. I asked the lady would the price be cheaper? The lady told me no because it will be special bracelet for jaw surgery. After thinking serious of the jaw surgery, I told them I decided not doing jaw surgery. Then I asked the lady would the price of the bracelet be cheaper, THE LADY told me again NO. She said it will be the same price even you are not doing jaw surgery. OH my, I still can't understand why I still accepted and paid the money. I think I still trusted them they could deliver me a good and worthy treatment. As I saw their place is so modern and nice. But it come out so far is no. Especially one guy there is SO RUDE, he is very rude on your face (it's like your face is not a face, very very painful, can't imagine if I did surgery on my face, how will he distort)and also very rude on what he said. After he finish his fixing on your bracelet, he asked is there anywhere you don't feel comfortable? I touched the end of the bracelet and it is very pointed and I told him. He is so rude and give me a mirror, you see? I can't cut it any more. See ? See? I was so mad of course I saw. You could not cut it and it is pointed, that is your job and your responsibility to fix it. You asked me anywhere is uncomfortable and I just answered your question. I thought he just allow patient said it's good. Then why he asked me. After I went home, my pointed bracelet already made me mouth scratched and hurt and ALSO there is one part moving there not stick on the right place anymore. I was so disappointed at that moment. I paid extra money and hope it will be a better service and outcome than other place. I wrote this long comment just want to share my experience with the one looking for treatments in this location. This past year I had to start adult Invisalign and I am so thankful I went to Beautiful New Smiles!! The staff was extremely kind and Leah specifically worked with me to get me set up on a payment plan that I could afford for my treatment. Dr. Nehi, my primary orthodontist, was amazing! He was able to correct my smile in less than one year and was always positive and made me feel comfortable. All of the staff including the front desk were extremely pleasant and so easy to work with even if I was running late or needed to reschedule an appointment. I am almost sad that my treatment is complete because I will miss them! Would highly recommend :)

Hands down, the best pandemic decision I've made has been starting my daughter's and my Invisilign treatment with Dr. Madan. She is now available for virtual appointments throughout treatment so she doesn't miss a beat. She's amazing. I feel so much better knowing she is still monitoring our treatment even through this crazy time. Now that I'm always home, it's easy to brush multiple times a day and I'm taking care of my teeth better than I ever have. I already feel my teeth getting straighter after one week and both my daughter and I feel so taken care of. The best dental experience I've ever had.

Loved Dr. Nehi and Leah they were super helpful and were able to squeeze me in with no problem! 10/10 recommendation best orthodontist EVER!!!!!

Dr Hentosz and his staff are truly great at what they do. They care both about the patients they have and their quality of work. Its the little things from adjusting retainers years after having my braces removed to accommodating late appointments that make them special.

Dr. Hentosz is a very experienced orthodontist. The office staff is very professional, and courteous as well. Carol, the front desk lady is just exceptional and she is very good with people and scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this doctor for those who are looking for a great orthodontist. Dr. Hentosz is a very experienced orthodontist. The office staff is very professional, and courteous as well. Carol, the front desk lady is just exceptional and she is very good with people and scheduling appointments. I highly recommend this doctor for those who are looking for a great orthodontist.
