I had a great experience here! After being passed from doctor to doctor and being told so many different things over the course of several years, I'm so glad to have found my way here. The staff was so kind and knowledgeable, and they made sure I felt comfortable with my new treatment plan. I'm excited to keep visiting this office!

Really bad experience here unfortunately. I've been experiencing TMJ pain for a few years now & this place was recommended through my dentist office but my first visit was horrendous! The lady at the front had the worst attitude ever because I hadn't already filled out my paperwork prior to the visit, although, I had arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time in order to do so. She began talking to her coworkers about me in a passive aggressive tone to where I could still hear her & on top of this I was experiencing chronic TMJ pain & this added stress from this lady was very unhelpful to say the least. Treatment plan from doctor was alright but my insurance didn't cover the specific CT scan imaging & left me with no further answers & more stress/debt from when I first arrived (especially because my dentist office referred me here & my insurance should be covered regardless). Safe to say I wont return and I've since visited another TMJ specialist who gave me care that fit my insurance & spoke much nicer about their patients! I would like that lady to know that the people who go in there are already experiencing something medically hindering to themselves or they wouldn't be there in the first place. I was in pain & irritable before I walked into the office and your actions made me feel completely worse; no matter the circumstances no one should be belittled for receiving the necessary medical care. Do better & be more patient with your clients especially if they have already waited months for an appointment.

Best of the best dentists in the country!!! Superbly skilled, highly ethical, well trained friendly staff... you will not find better dental care. A true gem among dental practices.... from a guy who has been to quite a few.

The staff at Beautiful Lake Ridge Smiles are now like family to me. I began my journey back in May 2018. I suffered from TMJ, neck, back and hip pain. Today was my last visit. From Jo and Jackie at the front desk to Gina and Brit who managed my progress. My experience was smooth and enjoyable. I now rock a truly Beautiful Lake Ridge Smile! I will continue to stop by from time to time... Just to say hello!

A disappointing visit. The Pros: The office staff are polite/knowledgeable and actually take the time to introduce themselves. The office is extremely clean and modern. The staff I spoke to took their time with me and it's obvious that they knew their industry well. The Con: The recommended course of treatment was so astronomically priced that I don't know how anyone can afford it.

Love this place!! They make you feel relaxed & at ease each time I pay them a visit. And they cater to my difficult schedule. As in the case recently when I experienced a "dental emergency". I called seeking IMMEDIATE HELP and they were able to treat me in 2 hrs.

I highly, highly recommend Dr. Weise and Gena to anyone out there having a difficult time with chewing, talking, eating, or opening your mouth! I had been struggling with TMJ all my life and have an extensive medical history of joint and other orthopedic issues. I postponed going to see anyone because I was afraid that I would have to have my jaw opened up and surgically repaired due to the amount of pain and decreased mobility that I was having. Imagine my surprise and delight when I was referred to Lake Ridge Orthodontics and within 6 months, I was pain free and living my best life....again! Please don't suffer needlessly. Bookmark this review and pay them a visit, your life is worth it!

So nice and friendly, the staff was just and nice and friendly. Dr.Wiesse was so kind and so knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way I could understand and make sense of all that needs to be done to me. Gena Garrett was so kind and just as understanding to my needs. She was great. I highly recommend coming here to Lake Ridge ortho-TMJ-sleep center. They are AWESOME!!!!

5 stars for Jackie! I called to schedule an appointment and she was so friendly, eager to help me out and patient while I was figuring details out. She set the tone for a visit at a new office. Customer service is an art, and she's got it down!!

Dr. Wiesse' bedside manners are amazing! He is very thorough and informative; all while making you feel like you are the only patient present in the office. You definitely leave there knowing and understanding your plan of care! Everyone was so professional and polite from Joe and Jackie that greeted me from the moment I walked into the facility to Monica and Carine who handled my care in the back (and everyone else that I encountered that I may not recall the names for), kudos to you all! It makes the environment a very welcoming one! Thank you all for the pleasant experience!

I took my four year old here for a cleaning today. She was very apprehensive and anxious about what was going to happen. The hygienist, Amber, was so sweet and patient with my little girl! She let her see and touch everything to help reduce her anxiety. I can't say enough great things about this young lady. Also, Dr. Wiesse is great, as well. I've been a customer/patient here for over 5 years and love them.
