This will probably save you giant headache. BLATANT disregard for their customers time, schedules or anything really. This place is a joke. There were a few very nice ppl that worked there, including Cheyenne and (Hayley?) the proposal/finance woman and Dr Beattie, but that's where it ends. Here's my story (nightmare): I was scheduled to have 2 teeth extracted today as well as possibly 4 implants put in depending how everything looked once the surgeon got in there, the beginning of a long and VERY expensive process. The appt I'd had in place for over 2 weeks was changed last minute on this past Friday, Oct 9 at literally like) 4pm, from Tuesday Oct 13 at 3pm to Monday, Oct 12 (today as I write this) to 8am. I wasn't really given a good reason for the reschedule except "a new person did it"... OK. So today, the morning of my appt I'm walking out of my house to go to the appt and I get a call from them. I live about 15 mins from the office and the call was coming in at 7:50am (my appt was at 8am). When I answered that call, it was a lady who asked me if I was coming to my appt. I said yes I'm on my way but I'll probably be about 5 mins late. She immediately said "oh we're going to have to reschedule you then" and placed me on hold to find a new appt without hesitation or even letting me speak further. I was on hold for about ten minutes, thinking the entire time I could've been just driving to the appt...? She comes back around 8am and tells me the next available is Oct 29! I said what, I've taken off work today and tomorrow for this already are you kidding and told her I would've been only MAYBE 5 mins late tops if she didn't just put me on hold for ten mins....? She then actually argued with me about where my house was located and I'm not kidding. I asked to speak to a manager, a request she fully ignored and repeated herself about the new appt time. I again said, "no I'd like to speak to somebody about what's going on here as you just rescheduled me last minute Friday and now you're canceling me because of being 5 mins late?" She again ignored my request, and I was getting progressively more aggrevated as I've been looking forward to having this procedure done for a while now and have taken days off work, made preperations, etc and they were just going to cancel it.... Just like that, over 5 mins. ZERO effort to accommodate their patients/customers. So after asking for a manager to speak to for the third time, she again replied "would you like to have the appointment on Oct 29?"... Like literally any human being on the face of the planet would, I got extremely aggrevated with this self repeating woman who refused to let me talk to anybody else and gave ZERO care for everything I've gone through to accommodate THEM in rescheduling me last minute, and I said "no what I'd f*cking like is to talk to somebody in management", at which point she hung up on me. WOW. Class act this place is. I called back and was able to speak to another person who then said the Doc wouldn't even see me now due to the language I used with the other lady. I'm sorry, but that's HILARIOUS . Oh no, I used a dirty word when the idiot who called me refused to let me talk to anybody else after asking 3 times. The BEST part about this is - as if I was actually going to ever talk to this place again after taking two days off work and they cancel me over 5 mins late. They said I'll get my deposit back although it's not technically processed yet so we'll see. But yeah, no thanks from this place. The fact they just refused to do my procedure over 5 mins, after all the shuffling around I've done from them rescheduling me.... Just. Wow. It's mind numbing actually. Good riddance. My $10K will happily go somewhere else, who doesn't waste 2 days of their patients time over 5 mins. Good bye forever OFSMF! Hopefully you learn how to treat costumers spending a lot of money with you better soon... Although I'm not holding out much hope. It seems like your office admin is more interested in being "right" than helping people.

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and takes great care of his patients. The other people in the office were also great. If I had to do it again, I would definitely go back with them.

My general dentist recommended that I see an oral surgeon and went to see Dr. Beattie. Dr. Beattie has a calm and professional demeanor and took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. The staff at this location were equally friendly and professional as well which I appreciate. The exam room was clean and organize. I highly recommend.

Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. You can tell he knows what he is talking about and takes great care of his patients. The other people in the office were also great. If I had to do it again, I would definitely go back with them.
