We have dentists to meet all your family's dental needs. We have general dentists who can take care of most dental issues that arise. We also have a full-time in-house staff of board certified specialists. In dentistry, a specialist is a dentist who, after four years of dental school, goes back to dental school for two or more years of specialized training in a particular area of dentistry. We have board certified specialists in Pediatric Dentistry (who treat babies, toddlers, young children, and teenagers), Oral Surgery (who handle extractions such as wisdom teeth as well as dental implants), Orthodontics (braces for adolescents and adults), and Prosthodontics (crowns and dentures). The atmosphere was good and everyone was welcoming and nice. I'm giving a 3 star for a few reasons. The wait time was ridiculous. I was there to see a specialist for my child. I had to schedule a month out for a 9am appointment. Got there at 845 and my child wasn't seen until 11am. I also had my oldest there since school was out, thank goodness for the playground. I'm not sure what the issue was. I had to ask how much longer before they said oh five more minutes then they called us. The procedure took maybe 45 minutes. Didn't leave until 12pm. So 3+ hours. I wasn't told it would take so long or I would've brought snacks. We were so hungry I was shaking. I don't understand why they would schedule me for a 9am appointment to be seen at 11am. The front desk also didn't seem knowledgeable about the procedure. Afterwards I didn't get any aftercare paperwork. They just kinda dismissed us.

It was really good.Dr.Lindell asked me if I wanted to be numbed and I told her no but then it hurt and I told her if she would numb it and she said yes and was really nice about it. It was also very quick and easy I think I lasted like 10 or 15 minutes in their, Melissa and Tania were amazing helpers and made me feel comfortable.

After giving a very detailed description of my situation, i was told that the dentists there were highly skilled at pulling wisdom teeth. I came and the Chinese dentist was rude and said he couldn't pull it. I could have used my visit elsewhere, not to mention i was in excruciating pain! I feel like they wanted to get paid for that visit. They gave me a quote for 112.50 with the surgeon on Ledbetter and schedule me for the following Monday. Get there and they're talking about 200+, HELL NO! That's strike two for Bear Creek! NEVER AGAIN COMING HERE!!!!

This place is amazing! I brought my 5 year old and they were all so nice:) It gets crazy busy but front desk is killing it with smiles and they are all so attentive with patients in the front and in the back. I'm telling all my friends and family about this dentistry! family friendly for sure!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Lindell, Tania and Melissa! They made me feel comfortable and welcome. Answered all my questions in a polite tone and not once made me feel like I chose the wrong dentist location. And to acknowledge Esmeralda, she helped me with understanding the prices of what I would have to get done and basically break down all specialties and why we would need to see them. Over all it was a great experience, I definitely recommend Bear Creek!
