At Bear Creek Family Dentistry, our team consists of general dentists and specialists in pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, oral surgery and prosthodontics (restorative dentistry). We have dentists to meet all your family's dental needs. We have general dentists who can take care of most dental issues that arise. We also have a full-time in-house staff of board certified specialists. In dentistry, a specialist is a dentist who, after four years of dental school, goes back to dental school for two or more years of specialized training in a particular area of dentistry. We have board certified specialists in Pediatric Dentistry (who treat babies, toddlers, young children, and teenagers), Oral Surgery (who handle extractions such as wisdom teeth as well as dental implants), Orthodontics (braces for adolescents and adults), and Prosthodontics (crowns and dentures). These specialists are Bear Creek Family Dentists who work in our Bear Creek offices.

The first appointment went well, staff friendly. Small & outdated waiting area but that's neither here or there. What went left & a BIG no, no for me is when my son had to get minor surgery today. They didn't let my husband go back there with him (which is fine) but once my son got home he told me that the specialty dentist & their assistant was having adult conversations & cursing while working on his mouth. My son is 9, why they thought this was acceptable is beyond me. That is VERY unprofessional & he will not be returning.

Still patients, myself and daughter. Staff and doctors are always so very friendly, helpful and patient. Kiddo went there for teeth cleaning and wasn't afraid. I had my teeth extraction here and they were reassuring and patient the entire time!

They hide behind huge smiles and really "caring for your service" but this place is a shame. They fool you. I guarantee you that the dentist will be having conversations with the hygienist like they're dating. It's every time, they talk and talk. The girl is a little more conscious, but the dentist definitely wants to bang. It's like I'm listening to Jim and Pam. I've heard this from everyone and I guarantee you will find another review explaining this. Ok fine, young dentist loves himself. And his subordinate. But I never even feel like they do a good job! They're "gentle" and make people happy because they don't give you what you really need. It's like you go for an oil change and the mechanic sees your brakes are giving up but never tells you. Sure you'll be happy hearing no bad news but oh boy!! Then they ask how was their service making you think they care so much but they do not. The rating here is truly fake with their fake smiles and service. Hate to do bad reviews to "nice" people but this isn't ok. I gave them multiple tries and heard others say the same. This is supposed to be the "original location" on bear creek road but this behavior will hurt business. Read between the lines people!! There's places with much more experienced staff and better technology, go somewhere else. This dentist will get me too'd in no time. Edit: My mom is a sweet old innocent lady and the dentist tore her mouth up, not sure if it was because of this review, but she keeps calling him a butcher. She had excruciating pain. This is not ok.

So I heard of this establishment through word of mouth over a year ago and they did all of the major work I've been putting off from when I started seeing them until now over a year later. This is the most compassionate and trustworthy dental clinic I thought I'd ever find. Every single one of the staff handle even the most stressed out clients (like myself) and don't make you feel patronized or uncomfortable at all during any process of the visit. On top of payment plans and general financial knowledge given well ahead of time it makes me want to never see another clinic. I feel like they go above and beyond and they all seem to have good communication with each other which obviously gives the best feedback to a patient like myself. I hope this business flourishes because they have definitely earned it. Also, I don't know who the resident artist is that did all of the murals, but they also Rock.

Very small waiting room. Waiting time is too much. Doctor don't have enough time to talk with patient. If doctor don't have enough, better to tell the patien for reschedule the apointmeny. Time value is equal for patient and doctor.

Been to several dentists but none equates to this. The entire staff is friendly and so helpful. The dentist is so gentle and listens to every concern and complain and he's very gentle as well. I came here pregnant and i have no regrets. Thumbs up. My whole family's dentist has just switched to this place.
