I feel very comfortable in his office. Everyone is polite and efficient in there jobs. Dr. Sheu is a very good dentist and kept we aware at all times about what he was doing.

I've always hated the dentist because of bad experiences almost every time so I was a little worried but I just got my teeth cleaned at Bear Creek Dental and it wasn't bad at all and with no pain! Quick and easy and very friendly service. I also had 2 small cavities filled by Dr Sheu and that was even easier. I didn't feel a thing, I didn't even feel the needle injection lol. Dr Sheu did a great job and you can't even see that I have a filling at all! My teeth look and feel great and Dr Sheu is my new favorite Dentist.

I got treated for a cavity in April and had an extremely traumatizing experience with dentist Sheu. I tried so hard to let go of this situation but I have to share my story in hopes that he will never treat a patient like this again. I was belittled and disrespected and no one deserves to go through that while getting their mouth drilled into. Please read the letter I was told to write in order to file a complaint, to which I have not been contacted about and it's been over a month. The receptionist tried to act helpful but the staff is passive aggressive and told me I could not file a grievance unless my letter is "approved". I feel helpless about the situation and I do not expect them to file my complaint so I hope this gets shared. Please be careful and remember your comfort matters when getting any kind of health care.

Dr. Sheu is a very kind and professional dentist. He did an excellent job to fix my tooth years ago and now I am back to get more help for my teeth. I trust them and the process was also pleasant, great job!

Professional, courteous, friendly, and it brings a smile to my face when I think of Bear Creek Family Dental staff and Dr. Sheu! I have been coming here since 2008 and he has provided all my dental needs and also is my kid's dentist. I'm very happy with his services.
