Dr. Gregory A. Bauer was raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2008, he completed his undergraduate studies in Texas Tech University. He continued his education and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine in 2012. Dr. Bauer received honors and awards from the International College of Dentists, and served in leadership roles throughout his time at Texas Tech and the University of Colorado.
Dr. Bauer has been taking continuing education courses since the start of his dental career. He stays up-to-date with the latest techniques, trends and materials, and maintains the highest levels of accreditation in the field of dentistry to provide a superior level of care here at Bear Creek Family Dental.
Dr. Bauer is happily married to his wife, Mary, and they have three children, James, Eleanor and Thomas. He is an avid fly fisherman and cross-country skier. He enjoys his time out of the office with his family in the beautiful Colorado backcountry.

Is it crazy to say that I actually look forward to going to the dentist!?? I have been going to Dr. Bauer for years (both the old one and the new one) and they do the best dental work around! The whole staff is friendly and courteous and they truly make me love my teeth!! Best dentist ever!

Dr. Baur was my dentist for nearly 20 years when he retired. I was so worried the new dentist, his nephew, Dr. Baur, wouldn't be nearly as great as the original Dr. Baur. But he is. He is awesome. For someone who is inherently nervous about dental work, he is kind, gentle and understanding. Also, talented. Trust this office. Good people, doing good work.

Our family has been going to Bear Creek dental for many years. We always feel that we get excellent service and attention. The office has a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Doctor Bauer takes care of our dental needs with expertise and gentle care and Debbie my hygienist is super.

We have been going Bear Creek Dental for about 35 years long before Greg Bauer took over for his uncle. Service has not changed in the entire time. The Dr and hygienists all very caring, honest and easy to talk to. Don't change.

Dr. Bauer is friendly and is personable. He takes time out of his busy schedule to ask how you are and always explains any procedures very thoroughly. The staff are welcoming and friendly as well. If you are looking for a new dentist, try it out. You will be glad you did.

Dr. Bauer and his staff are amazing!! Dr. Bauer is caring, compassionate and a wonderful dentist. He takes the time to explain everything he is doing and is really gentle...I have never really been fond of dentists but my experience with this practice has changed my outlook, The staff here is the best! I highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for a dentist

I strongly considered switching dental practices simply because Bear Creek Family Dental is a little ways from where I live but when Doctor Bauer called me the night I had oral surgery to check up on me - it completely changed my mind! It meant so much to me that Doctor Bauer would take time out of his night to make a personal call - Bear Creek Family Dental has earned my loyalty!

Friendly people, interested in me as a person. :-) Dr B is knowledgeable-I really like how he tells me what's happening in my mouth, what he's watching and how soon a filling might need to be replaced or that a crown might be needed in the future. No surprises!
