I recently moved to the area and was looking for a new dentist. I reviewed their website and even saw their 4.6 star review. Was excited that I could get an appointment relatively quick for my 6-month cleaning and x-ray. I took off work early and came for my appointment spent an hour and a half in the office for them only to try and bait and switch me to a deep cleaning, extracting a crown and doing an implant, and doing another crown on a tooth that he says is cracked. I asked where my 6-month cleaning was and he said they don't do that there. Their website clearly says cleaning and x-rays. I put in my profile that I was coming in for a 6-month cleaning and x-ray. He told me I wasn't a good fit for the office because I would not get the extensive below the gum cleaning and that they would not do a normal 6-month cleaning and polish. I have gone to the dentist every 6 months for my entire life. My teeth are in good order and I have always taken care of any issues. There was no reason to insist that I have a deep cleaning. Be wary of the bait and switch scheme that is going on in this office. This was a total waste of my time, lost income because i left early. They claim they will not charge my insurance but we will see I will fight it to the end, they did nothing. Disgusted and disappointed that people do business like this.

So far so good! Dr. Pollock is very professional! Staff is very helpful! 1-The office isn't the newest but the front staff is very helpful and do everything they can to help you get the treatments you need. Of course they explain the differences between the treatment your insurance covers and explain (up sell) you on higher quality products. In my book that's not a bad thing. I really felt like they were trying to fit ev I needed into a budget I could afford. Guss what we got there. I made a joke about this being like buying a car and it is. You have to navigate a plan you can afford, the dentist doesn't want to wor for free and needs to be paid. We should all understand that. 2- My dentist appointment was for 930am and I was early and taken back before so no waiting. The dentist I got was Dr Pollock I believe I'm spelling it correctly. He's a very skilled DMT dentist.. He didn't make me fell uncomfortable about anything I knew people get insecure about there teeth and habits but Dr Pollock was very professional. I would go as far as to say he's an artist! I had some cavities between two teeth and she skillfully went to work. Was very professional and explained everything flawlessly as he worked. Unfortunately I have a lot of dental work that needs done so he went over everything and broke it down to be done over several months so I can afford it, it works with my horrible insurance benefits and everything will resolved. I can't say enough about how great of a dentist he is. Or his stuff.

I know it's hard to give a dental group 5 stars but everyone that I dealt with deserves this rating. Alex, Jessica, Dr. Messiah and a couple of others that I unfortunately did not catch their names but everyone was great. In addition to the 5 star service I experienced, thank goodness for modern technology and being able to seeing an infection that I didn't feel but was dealt with immediately. I'm a person that brushes twice a day and flosses after every meal but due to Covid it had been super hard to see a dentist; let alone become a new patient after moving from a dentist far from your home that you'd been with for years. Absolutely great experience... I have horrible teeth due to genetics, so I have been to a ton of dentists ranging from painfully horrible to great. That being said, I have never had a better experience than here at bear creek! I would recommend them to anyone. From consultation, x-rays, pricing, scheduling, surgery, post op, and beyond, I have never been so comfortable under the care of any other dentist.

First time in over 10 years i felt like i was at a real dental office, as opposed to a used car dealership. Dr Pollock is fabulous! Hes patient, listens, is honest and gentle. Can't give 10 stars or I would. Highly recommend
