Unfortunately, I can't give a positive review for Bear Creek Dental. As a military retiree, I have Delta Dental insurance. It's my only option. I received notice that BCD would no longer accept DD because of a payment dispute, so I was left out in the cold. I was especially disappointed, knowing that Dr Hummel is a Veteran and had his dental education and training provided to him at taxpayer expense by the U.S. Air Force. I understand this is a business, but I don't think they realize the inconvenience they caused to some people.

Going to the dentist is never fun; however, I have found that the dental hygienists at Bear Creek Dental are always gentle and quick. Everyone is friendly and does everything to make you comfortable. I also like that Dr. Hummel invests in the latest technology and practices to benefit his patients. I would rather pay out of pocket a little money if I had to rather than find another dentist. I'm sticking with Dr. Hummel and his staff.

Dr. Hummel is a fantastic dentist. Puts you at ease with his hilarious sense of humor. I wish I had found him years ago. The staff is very friendly and experienced. Highly recommend.

They poorly judged the fit and had to trim down the permanent crown till it was almost paper thin. Now two years later it broke in half requiring a new crown and my cost. Not to mention his bedside manner could use some work.

The staff here is always great to work with. They explain everything and are very patient with questions. Dr. Hummel has more energy than anyone I know and he makes the entire process as enjoyable as possible. I really can't imagine going to another dental practice.

Dr. Hummel and his team are awesome! They are always so cheerful and talkative and esp very helpful and attentive. I've been using Bear Creek for about 13yrs and I'd highly recommend this office to everyone, this office cares and it shows.
