The staffs have been very welcoming, helpful and most importantly efficient. The attention given to me by the staffs and doctor was similar to a good race car pit stop. As I showed up at my appointment time, I did not have to wait (in my previous experience with other doctors, I had to wait some time even when I showed up on time). The reception staffs were quick to follow up on the insurance coverage within minutes, so I was able to make my decision and get my treatment done on the same day. The doctor was friendly and efficient as well. He really cared for patients' time and gave updates on ETA periodically. Overall very happy visit - DY

This is not the dentist you remember as a kid! Dr.Lee and Dr.Tommy have done a great job modernizing the dental experience here at bear brook dental. They have brought together a professional atmosphere and quality service that doesn't have you dreading your visits. A great office for the whole family!

Dr. Tommy is amazing! He is caring, sweet and has the patience of a God. He takes his time and makes sure his little patients are happy. He stayed after hours to help my daughter from a bad cavity. The office is super clean and the staff is friendly. I would highly recommend him. To those parents whose kids are terrified of the dentist, this is definitely the place for your child!!! Thank you Dr. Tommy for helping us and being great!!!

This office is great! Very clean and child-friendly office. Dr. Lodziato is wonderful and very patient with my kids! She talks them through everything, making sure they are having a good experience! My 1.5 year old didn't even shed a tear. I used to have to hold him down for treatment. She handles my 3 boys very well. The assistant is amazing with my kids also. My kids look forward to going to the dentist! We recommend this office to our friends and family as well! Great team of professionals in a fun atmosphere!!!!

Bear brook dental was clean, friendly staff, and punctual with their appointments. I was happy with their state of the art equipment that made the dental cleaning easy and staff was very knowledgeable. Dr. Lee was responsive to all my questions and was a true professional. Editing my review because I ended up with a bill of $280 after the fact for my sons visit last year. They assured me everything they did was covered and then I got a call saying it wasn't. I remember really well that their claim was incorrect from the conversation I had with them and the research. They never called back. So i thought that it was resolved. I took my son in today for a cleaning and upon check out I'm told there's an overdue balance of $280. I am so ANGRY that I paid it and pretty much decided we won't do business there anymore. . I don't like having surprise bills.

My 2yr. Old had his first dental visit, and The facility was very clean and very well decorated , the staff was very nice and Dr. Tommy was great. He made my son feel comfortable. Overall it was a great experience.

I am a new patient. I was impressed when I called about making a first appointment and my insurance coverage. Jessica from the Montvale office handled the inquiries with the utmost professionalism. The front desk operations are efficient. The waiting area was comfortable, and I didn't have to wait long to see the hygienist Jenny. She is detailed-oriented, has good communication skills, and is very pleasant. The offices are well-decorated and clean. The use of the portable handheld X-Ray units and the state of the art technology indicated the practice is invested for a long run. The extra-large TV to show real-time X-Ray results is impressive, and for the first time, I see a high quality imaging. I was seen by Dr. Lee afterward, his explanation of my dental condition was thorough, he offered a treatment plan for both short and long term. In summary, I would recommend Bear Brook Dental Care for comprehensive dental care.
