My mission is to build a practice that provides affordable and compassionate dental care to patients in a comfortable setting; to demonstrate to the patient that their time and presence is valued at the office; and to be ethical and always keep patients best interest in mind.
Dr. Nguyen is passionate about continually expanding his dentistry knowledge and is a member of the Spear Study Club (SSC), a continuing education organization designed to help dentists that are dedicated to the pursuit of clinical excellence in dentistry.
Dr. Nguyen is a proud first-generation Vietnamese American. He was raised in Houston, Texas, where he spent most of his time outside being active. As such, outside of dentistry, Dr. Nguyen enjoys being active and plays on various kickball, basketball, and flag football teams throughout the week. During his spare time, you can also find him catching up on his favorite British TV shows, such as Sherlock, Peaky Blinders, and Downton Abbey.
He also enjoys learning about under the radar countries and making plans to visit those countries. Over the past 5 years, Dr. Nguyen has visited Guatemala, Costa Rica, Jamaica, Cambodia, and Chile, with plans to visit Slovenia, Croatia, Lithuania, Bhutan, and Northern Ireland in the future.

I was welcomed y Melissa. She was very personable and professional. Then a very cheerfull woman came and got me to perform a series of x-rays and clean my teeth. ALSO very professional. Finally I met Dr. Bill, the dentist. Great guy! I'm impressed by the cleanliness and the ambience. GOOD VIBES! Thank you.

They are efficient and caring! I would recommend them to anybody. They have done a cleaning for me and started a crown and I'm impressed with their technology and their knowledge. They are quite an improvement over my old dentist I'm glad I gave them a chance to be my new dentist because that's what they are my new dentist!

Very happy mama! We just had my 2 young sons first appointments and Miss Heather and Dr. Bieu were amazing. I was anxious going in since you never know with young kids, but Heather was the best, patient and kind. Highly recommend for the whole family. Update: we just left our second visit with Miss Letisha this time who was also AMAZING with the boys. Can't say enough good things about this practice!

Dr. Nguyen and his staff were very pleasant, the atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. He gave me the best treatment plan and pricing than any other dentist I have visited. Trust me, there have been plenty. I am very pleased to have been led to him, by the grace of God. Can't wait to see the finishing outcome. I am super excited. :)

I originally had a later appointment at bear branch but things went south and I needed an emergency tooth extraction. Without hesitation the bear branch team made sure I got in earlier than my original time and were able to fix the cause of the pain. Dr. Bill did an amazing quick and painless job. I will recommend this office to EVERYONE I know! Thanks again bear branch team!

Bear Branch Dentistry is very convenient location, very clean and very reasonable rate. All the staff are very friendly and nice and helpful. Dr Bill is great !! I am so happy for my dental treatment with Bear Branch and looking forward for my next visit soon !!!!

So I was a walk in and I had to reschedule and when I called back to make the appointment I was lied to saying we do support your medical insurance while this girl was slurring her words when I was talking to her and she kept asking me to repeat myself and I had to repeat the whole process like five times because of the screaming dogs in the back ground noise and then I get a text at 6 o'clock in the morning saying that they don't support my insurance and that I would have to use cash which I told them I didn't have as I lost my job it's not the fact that I can't come up with it it's the fact that I was waked up to multiple texts about it at 6 AM and the horrible service these people are unprofessional and the first place I know Of in my entire life to have someone answer on their cell phone instead of the option of leaving a voicemail to get back to you later I have been going through severe pain not eating breathing pain and severe headaches because of this infection for over a month now I don't feel this is the best place to get my dental work done I hope the staff gets replaced
