Being an orthodontist is the greatest job in the world! My team and I work diligently each and every day to create an atmosphere where adults and children can enjoy their time with us and feel as though they arent sitting in a doctors office. We want our patients to be excited to see us and know they will be receiving the best quality of treatment, and to be comfortable with all aspects of their care. Dr. Machicek has worked passionately for several years, spending one-on-one time with each of his patients to make a difference in their lives. Getting to know each person individually is one of the highlights of his days. He genuinely hopes the friendships he builds with patients survive long after treatment has been completed.
Since he is a board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Machiceks commitment to continuing education is an essential part of his practice. It is always his goal to provide patients with the most up-to-date care and the most current information so they can make the best possible decisions regarding their treatments.

The staff was very friendly. The Dentist was very informative about the two different types braces.

You get what you pay for. True, you do save money at Bear Braces but the quality and service is not near what you would get at another orthodontist office. My two older sons went to another orthodontist in town so we know the difference. We've been constantly battling broken brackets and wires falling out and the staff is not very accommodating to get you in quickly. Plus, you have to wait over two months for each appointment! I would recommend shopping around for another orthodontist.

I didn't have good feeling for this place they said they are book for next year and I don't see any client on there place plus the lady on front was no happy , I mean like give you good smile .or make you feel welcome. I don't recommend this place don't lose your time in coming here there is more places they can make you like your are treat like family. if They start telling you oh we are book for next year and nobody show up I have questions . I have picture of the parking and only doctor car and secretary

I have said it BEFORE and I will say it AGAIN!!! Hands down ALWAYS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Super friendly, upbeat, very welcoming, always goes above and beyond to help you. I wish EVERY PROFESSIONAL ESTABLISHMENT COULD GET TIPS FROM THIS CREW!!! Wish I could give a 10 star RATING!
