Dr. Rand is a certified Gold Plus Invisalign provider and provides more Invisalign treatment than any other non-orthodontist in the Bangor area. Dr. Rand has been doing clear aligner therapy (straightening teeth without braces) for 10 years in his general dentistry practice. He saw how much Invisalign benefitted adults by allowing them to achieve straighter whiter smiles in a very simple, predictable way. He wanted to be able to provide this service to patients who are not part of his general dentistry practice in a beautiful downtown Bangor location.
Dr. Rand is a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), and is most recently past president of the Maine Dental Association (MDA). He is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD), a Fellow of the International College of Dentists (ICD) and a member of the American Academy of Clear Aligners (AACA). Most importantly he is a certified provider of Invisalign.
