Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons believes in providing patients with a positive oral surgery experience. We have four offices conveniently located around the greater Portland area to serve our patients, and our board-certified surgeons always take the time to make patients feel at ease.
Since 2010, Beacon Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons has been making a difference in the lives of our patients. Both of our oral surgeons are board-certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and excel far beyond the standard of patient care. Together, Dr. Russell Lieblick and Dr. Brandon Rehrer treat every patient with a high level of expertise that results in optimal oral surgery outcomes.
Both Dr. Lieblick and Dr. Rehrer are board-certified by ABOMS, an organization that recognizes surgeons who complete a rigorous peer evaluation process and must abide by the organizations high standards of care while treating patients.

We have four offices conveniently located around the Portland metro area and near Vancouver, Washington. Our Gresham office is just south of the Columbia River on the east side of Portland, and our Milwaukie office is on the south side of Portland beside the Willamette River. You can find our office in The Dalles near the Oregon and Washington state line, an hour and a half east of the city of Portland. For patients living in or near Vancouver, our Camas office is located on the east side of the city above Government Island.
Dr. Rehrer is an Idaho native who has been influential in the development of dental implant treatment in the region. He is involved with his patients and the community as a current member of the medical staff at Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center and PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center. As a committed member of his church, he became fluent in Spanish after a 2-year mission in Spain. Through Dr. Rehers compassionate care and expertise, patients can trust they will receive beautiful results.
He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS) and a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Western Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Oregon Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Washington State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), and the Clark County Dental Society.
A father of five (yes, 5) children, he and his wife, Emily, keep busy raising their family. Emily is also an Idaho native who Dr. Rehrer met in the first grade! Hes often coaching his childrens sports teams, as he has a love for sports of any kind. They also enjoy new adventures and love to take their children to create new experiences.
Committed to providing patients with solutions, not just procedures, Dr. Lieblick works with his team to design individualized treatment plans that restore patients oral function and improve their overall health.
When away from the office, Dr. Lieblick and his wife Nina are busy with their two children. They enjoy traveling, especially to visit friends and family from all over the country. They also have a thrill for adventure and like to expose their children to as many new activities as possible.

Dr. Lieblick is very unobtrusive. He comes in and he fits in with what youre doing. He could very well be my best friend. The procedure did go well. It was done before I knew it was done, and when he stood up and said he was done I was shocked. For my friends and family in Vancouver and Camas, Washington, I highly recommend Beacon Oral Surgeons. I had a very good experience with Beacon oral surgeons. Everyone one was pleasant and nice . They made sure I knew everything that was going to happen. The dr was very confident on it being a success, and it was .. they even called the next day to make sure I was doing ok . I would recommend them to anyone who has to go to an oral surgeon. Dr Lieblick and his team where great .

I received excellent care with thorough education on the process of having an implant placed. I'm one week away from having the new tooth placed and can't wait to be able to eat popcorn again. Beacon was recommended to me by my hygienist at Kaiser and I in turn would highly recommend them. I went to the Gresham clinic.

It was a good experience and the doctor amazing. The day of the surgery was well informed of the post surgery care and the check ins great until the last check in when I was called felt I got judge by my name, when calling and I answered the first thing said to me "do you speak English?"

I would not recommend this office to anyone for wisdom teeth removal. I did not use them for my first child, but was recommended to them by my dentist for my second child. The dr was so impersonal and rushed on our consultation. He never even spoke to me on the day of surgery. This office is all about rushing procedures through as fast as they can to get as many done in one day as possible. My child was whisked away behind a closed door and I didn't see them until they wheeled them out in a wheelchair and dumped them in my car at the curb. I was not given the option of doing non anesthesia removal and the cost was double what I paid for my first child. They say they have 24 hr after care but when my child was not healing well we couldn't get in to see the dr because there wasn't one in the office that day. If you value good beside manner and a dr who really cares for your child find a different office for wisdom teeth removal. Edit: this was the camas office in Vancouver

Dr Lieblick and the staff at Beacon were so awesome at helping me through the process of getting a dental implant. They made the whole process easy and worked with my normal dentist as well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

What a great team from the front desk, to the surgery assistants, the implant director and of course the surgeon! They took the time to educate me on the process removing my "white coat" fear and anxiety. It was truly a quick and smooth process overall. I loved that the surgeon and his team followed up with me later in the day to make sure I was doing well and had no concerns or questions! I can not thank you all enough for caring! Thank you Dr Rehrer and the entire team!

Dr Liebleck is an amazing oral surgeon. He is kind, caring, skilled, and super efficient. His staff is very professional and able to answer all questions and concerns. The entire office staff is very welcoming. I wouldn't consider any other place than Beacon for any oral surgery needs.

I had a great experience! Every member of staff was kind and helpful. I was given detailed care instructions prior to my procedure so I could understand step by step what to expect. My surgeon was amazing! And my healing process is going well thanks to my detailed care instructions! I would definitely recommend beacon oral to anyone getting their wisdom teeth removed.

My experience at Beacon for my dental implant was top notch. All the staff were friendly and professional from the receptionist to Dr. Lieblick. They did a thorough job of explaining the procedure during the pre-op appointment and the day of the procedure went really smooth. If I ever have to do another implant, I would not hesitate to go to Beacon again.

Horrible customer service and management. I drove am hour for a consultation only to be told they don't take my insurance. The was told "At least it was informational" and "We didn't check your insurance until yesterday". I could have been called and been told this information before I wasted 2 hours on driving and $50 in gas. Worse place ever. I highly recommend to go to another Oral surgeon where they know what they are doing.
