I consulted several periodontists for my dental implants last summer. I finally chose Dr. Liu since her clinic is able to handle the entire procedure including diagnosis, tissue regen, perio scaling, root planning, surgical placement of implant body, abutment, and crown. Other periodontists I consulted have to work with a general dentist for part of the procedure. I do not want to visit two clinics for this procedure. My dental implants were completed last week. I really enjoyed the service which is professional and ethical. The outcome is perfect. The price is fair. I greatly appreciate Dr. Liu and her assistants. I would highly recommend Beacon Family Dental for dental implants.

I cannot say enough good things about Beacon Family Dental. I started experiencing some pain and they were able to squeeze me in within a few days. Dr. Liu was incredibly kind and empathetic. I experience pretty bad dental anxiety and thanks to her care it was more manageable than I've experienced with any other dentist. The environment was clean, everyone I came in contact with was kind, but most importantly, my dental issue was taken care of and resolved with professionalism and professional expertise.

I strongly recommend this dental clinic. I have never did any google review and this is probably the only one that I will ever do. Dr. Liu has a lot of experience under her belt and is an expert in the field, which was shown by the painless procedures and awesome post-op results. Due to privacy reason I don't want to talk about any specific treatments that I have done. But all I can say that Dr. Liu shown a high level of professionalism throughout the whole process. She is always patient and even encouraging when patient ask her questions and she always explained everything in detail. I don't understand how some people could leave negative feedback about Dr. Liu. Many of the things that they say are quite obvious not true base on my own experience with Dr. Liu. So I'm assuming they are coming from other dental clinics that would rather spend time slandering other clinics instead of improving patient experience. Enough said, if you want a dentist who actually care about your dental health and your well being, look no further.

amazing experiences at beacon Family dental ! did dental cleansing, dental exam, x-rays and filling, all were very pleasant. Dr. Wang is very professional, understanding and empathic. Jason the hygienist was very professional and gentle on cleansing. All staffs listen and respect me. Carrie in the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful. highly recommended. also the place is cozy and clean

They did an exellent job on filling my tooth! I got a chipped tooth and they fixed it to look very natural. Also got it done at the first visit. Thank you Beacon Family Dental's staffs!

Have always had a smooth experience here. Dr. Liu and the hygienists really know what they're doing. Had to get a crown redone and just two days later it felt like nothing had even happened.

Dr. Liu is super professional and ethical! I came here for a second opinion, and she did an excellent job on my diagnosis. I came in as a walk-in, and they squeezed me in! This is not the newest dental office or space, yet the quality of the service is stellar and trustworthy. A lot of asian clients come here for a reason lol

I was suffering many different issues with my teeth. I hadn't had satisfied experience with dentists until I met Dr. Liu. Dr. Liu was asking questions, doing the exams, treating every issue in person with me. She measured the periodontal pocket depth of every tooth before making decision if I need a deep cleaning. According to the data that she got from the measure, Dr. Liu did a general tooth cleaning for me. There were no any uncomfortable feelings at all. I had a broken tooth that need to do a tooth implant. The broken tooth had a very deep root without a head. Two days ago, Dr. Liu did a tooth (the root) extraction for me. I thought it may need to do surgery to open the gingiva for the tooth extraction. I was very nervous. However, it turned out that I even didn't notice that she already extracted the root until she showed me the root. Dr. Liu is very patient, very professional with very amazing skillset. I also noticed that her devices are much more advanced than all of my previous dentists. My experience with Dr. Liu has been amazing. Highly recommend!!!

I hate the dentist. I've only had bad experiences in my life and will avoid going for long stretches because it gives me so much anxiety. I can say with all honesty that this is the only dentist I've ever been to that not only did I like but was perfect. Everyone was nice and kind. No judgement for my mistakes, very caring to make sure I was comfortable and ok through it all. Super professional with clear information and quick painless work. I have a cleaning scheduled 6 months from now and it is the first time I have no fear of going because of how great they were. Give them a shot because you won't find anyone better.

I give Dr. Liu and her staffs the best rating. I have been seeing Dr. Liu since early 2019. Since then I have visited her office dozen times including two cleanings. I had multiple issues accumulated over the past years. I had a half broken tooth next to existing crown bridge which was very hard to extract without affecting the neighbor crown bridge. Dr. Liu used a special tool to accomplish the work in less than a few minutes. The more work Dr. Liu did for me, the more I can experience the superior work Dr. Liu distinguish from most other dentists. Her work is in precision. Dr. Liu's office staff Miss Ma is also the best receptionist I have ever met. She manages the patients so well. First as a patient, I do get multiple reminds for my appointments, which might be a bit annoying sometimes, but this helps to eliminate patient's late to office. I never remember a single time Dr. Liu is late to see me. She is always on time and on target. Another thing I like to mention is that their billing management. It seems to me Miss Ma also helps billing. They never had any errors in my 8 pages of billing records. They design the treatment plan according to my two dental insurances. Their calculations have been exactly matching to the insurance calculation, which includes write-offs and deductions. Thank you Dr. Liu and Miss Ma. You are truly the best! T.M.
