Dr Dongo and his entire staff are complete professionals and amazing at they do. I had a implant done and a few cavities filled that other dentist offices tried to over charge me and make thousands. Dr Dongo was fairly priced and did amazing work.

The main focus of this dentist is money and business and he will find you 1 million things to do in your mouth and will persistently ask you HOW and WHEN will you pay. Upfront is preferred. Get slightly annoyed when you declined to pay upfront and before the procedures. During my procedure the dentist was having full arguments with his assistant about how to do or not to do things either on the computer or in my mouth. (Not very comforting while you getting anesthesia). Very unprofessional! although I do not question his skills since I had no complications after the work he has done. I could add that I was sat on time for my appointment by the assistant, the dentist showed up 50min later, with not even an apology for having me waiting that long. Shoutout to Diane at the front desk as she was very helpful and kind and is the one that has a sense of customer service there. I don't really write lots of reviews, but too much is too much. A new and shiny office is not enough!!! I do not recommend

I really like this office and would highly recommend it to others. My first visit with Dr. Dongo I arrived at my appointment time and they took me in promptly. His assistant Destiny was really nice, explained everything she was going to do, and was very personable. When Dr. Dongo came in to evaluate after the assistant finished taking Xrays and setting up, he reviewed everything, and told me my treatment options. He was very thorough and explained what each option would entail, something which is hard to find with good dentists in south Florida. I appreciated the up front explanation, as I hate being surprised by what I need and its costs as has happened to me at other offices. As a bonus this office is clean, new, and has modern up to date technology. I have come back an additional two times since my first visit!!!
