Growing up in England, David Traynor, B.D.S. graduated from the Guys, Kings, and St Thomass Schools of Medicine and Dentistry at London University then finished his training at the University of Michigan Dental School, where he completed two years in an Advanced General Dentistry Program.
Dr. Traynor has been practicing dentistry in the Dexter area with his office, Beacon Dental, since 2008. He has experience in several styles of private practices including a fast-paced group practice, a large high-end practice, and a small family practice. He brought all his experience together to create his own business, which is a fun-family atmosphere with exceptional dental treatments.
Dr. Traynor grew up in England and relocated with his family to Michigan. In 2002, he moved to Ann Arbor to begin his career, then in 2014 moved his family to Dexter. Dr. Traynor's wife Emily, is an associate professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University of Michigan; their two active sons, Jack and Sam, attend Dexter schools. He loves being so connected to such a wonderful community.

Kim is our Business Manager and has been with us since 2010. She has a degree in business management and over 18 years of management experience. Kim and her 2 wonderful children, Nate and Madison, live in Pinckney. In her free time, she enjoys boating, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
Angie is a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 18 years of experience and has worked with Dr. Traynor for over 12 years. Her and husband Nate live in Tecumseh and they are the proud parents of 3 boys Blake, Ian and Merik who are avid baseball players and keep them terribly busy.
Brandie is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our team in 2016 after graduating from Grand Rapids Community college. She lives in Grass Lake with her husband Justin and their son Hunter. In her free time, she enjoys working on various home projects, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Kathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist who joined our team in 2017 with over 16 years of experience. She lives in Chelsea with her husband Scott and her 3 curious and creative daughters who keep her young.
Andrea is a Dental Assistant with over 19 years of experience. She was born and raised in Traverse City and now lives in Chelsea with her husband Colin and their two sons Chase and Blake, their daughter Alayna is currently at MSU.
Mari is a Dental and Administrative Assistant who joined out team in 2017 after graduating from Ross Medical School. She was born in Idaho but raised in Michigan. She and her husband Aaron live in Dexter. In her free time, she loves riding motorcycles and fishing.
