Dr. Conner, a native of West Virginia, attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem where she received her Bachelors degree in Biology. She then attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earning a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.

After Dental School, Dr. Conner entered the US Army as a Captain in the Dental Corps. While there she served on numerous operations in many countries to include Korea, Honduras, and most recently as chief of Dental Operations in Camp Beuring, Kuwait. She has received numerous medals and awards for meritorious service, including the Humanitarian Service award for providing Dental Care in underserved areas in Honduras and for serving during the Haitian/Cuban refugee crisis. As a member of the North Carolina National Guard, she traveled to the country of Moldova where she worked closely with faculty members and students of the Moldovan School of Dentistry providing preventive dental care to several orphanages located around the country.

Dr. Conner strives for excellence in all that she does and believes in treating her patients with the utmost care and expertise. She has received many hours of continuing education to stay at the forefront of advancing dental science to include General Dentistry, Cosmetic Dentistry, Oral Pathology, Invisalign Certification, and Oral Surgery.

She is a member of numerous professional associations to include the American Dental Association, the National Dental Association, the Old North State Medical/ Dental Society, and the Charlotte Medical/ Dental Society. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry where she earned the prestigious fellowship award in 2017. She is also a member of the Charlotte Flute Choir and a Colonel in the North Carolina National Guard. She is an active member of her church where she sings in the choir and serves as a tutor in the education program.

Dr. Conner is an avid biker and has participated in the bike rally to support Multiple Sclerosis.She believes in giving back to the community and routinely provides free care at the Charlotte Mens shelter, and the Baptist Dental van. She also supports the Give a Kid a Smile program, which provides free dental care to underprivileged children, and routinely participates in the mission of Mercy clinic.

Dr. Ung was born in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, and came to the United States when she was 11 years old. She grew up and attended school in Charlotte where she excelled in Math and Sciences. While at Olympic High School, she was a member of the Chess team, Tennis team, and the Honor Society. She is very happy to be returning to this area.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the UNC-Charlotte in 2013 and completed her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the UNC School of Dentistry in Chapel Hill in 2017. The program provided Dr. Ung with a firm foundation in all aspects of general dentistry with a focus on esthetic Dentistry. She also has additional training in Endodontics with a focus on treating children that require root canal therapy.

Dr. Ung believes in giving back to the community. While at UNC, she was a coordinator for the SHAC program that provides free dental care to the underserved in the Chapel Hill-Durham area. She also went on a mission trip in Malawi, Africa to provide emergency dental care to those in need at Kamuzu Central Hospital. She also traveled to Brazil where she worked as an extern providing care to the underserved population at the Hospital Belo Horizonte. She routinely participates with the NC Mission of Mercy clinic to provide care for NC residents in Charlotte and the surrounding area.

Dr. Ung is passionate about providing exceptional care to her patients. Her goal is to get to know each patient individually and develop care that will carry on for many years to come. Having experience working in a Pediatric office, Dr. Ung is very gentle and compassionate when it comes to patients who may be anxious about their Dental Care.

Linda studied Dental Assisting at Kaplan College in Charlotte and completed the program with honors in 2012. Linda is our lead assistant and specializes in milling same-day crowns, assisting with implants, and teeth whitening! She believes in giving back to the community and is in charge of training the DA II externs that rotate through our office from CPCC and other dantatal assitant programs. She is fluent is English and Spanish and excels in all aspects of Dental Assisting.

Jeri has over 20 years of experience in the dental field! She started with us as an Assistant until transitioning to front office in 2012. Jeri is very friendly and patient oriented. She specializes in scheduling and new patient intake. Jeri enjoys relaxing on her days off and vacationing whenever she can!
