I recently relocated to the Jacksonville area and found Beaches Family Dentistry through the amazing reviews. I have had two visits so far and have been absolutely blown away by the kindness and empathy shown by all members of the staff. From the administrative staff to the hygienists/technicians and Dr. Roy himself, everyone was kind, patient, and very communicative about what they were doing with my teeth. I especially appreciated that both appointments did not feel rushed: I was given ample time to ask questions, they seemed genuinely interested in my comfort, and my teeth were beautifully cleaned!

Very pleasant and accommodating, I actually enjoyed my experience at the dentist for the first time in a long while. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is not a "going to the dentist fan"

If it were possible to give 100 stars, I would! Dr. Tracey is the best, not just dentist but personality, demeanor all around. The office staff she surrounds herself with is without compare. I only wish I had found them years ago! You will never have a bad day when you go in, no matter what it is for. I was considering chewing rocks so I can spend more time with her and Michelle, but dental insurance is terrible and I am not sure I can afford all the crowns.

A silly mistake on my part, led me to a wonderful dental practice. I got practice names mixed up, and called Beaches Family Dentistry by mistake. Not realizing what I had done, I explained that I had a toothache and would like an appointment as soon as possible. While I was told they were solidly booked, they get cancelations all the time, and I would be the first on their list. Sure enough, the next morning I got a call. When I was asked if I knew where they were located, I said "sure, Neptune Beach." Nope, I had called the wrong office. The receptionist offered to give me the number of the other practice we have been going to for about a year, with a similar name. I declined, and it was the best dental decision I could have made. I saw Dr Tracey David, and she was wonderful. Very professional and down to earth. The whole office staff is friendly and accommodating. While she doesn't do root canals (darn), she referred me to an endodontist that she sends patients to. When all this is over, my husband and I will be changing practices. Thank you Dr. David and staff.
