Found Beachcliff Dental online and have been very pleased with them. Very kind and knowledgeable staff. I had the most thorough teeth cleaning and was given so much helpful advice re: cavity prevention. Alexis, the hygienist is very passionate about her job! Dr. Theodorou is also super kind and takes a conservative approach to treatment, which I greatly appreciate. Wonderful team, great dental care.

Called before making appointment to confirm they accepted my insurance. They confirmed. After the appointment, they repeatedly sent a bill and said they did not accept my insurance. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I feel so blessed to have found such a wonderful, caring dental practice. Alexis, one of the dental hygeniests, did a deep cleaning today absolutely pain free and I have extremely sensitive teeth. I'd give a 0 star if I could. I called on May 28th for a new client appt. The girl that answered the phone did so with an exasperated tone and an attitude. Whatever I receptioned for many years there's bad days. But she wasn't helpful on finding a day that fit my schedule, I literally work 1000 feet away so my schedule was pretty flexible I thought. Finally get me scheduled for today June 20th at 5pm. I get across the street, walk in, Ms. Tude greets me, I say I have an appointment, she says I don't, maybe it's the other Beacliff, it's not because IM not dumb, I laugh because I knew that girl was horrible at her job. She asks for my insurance info. I'm like "why do I have an appointment?" She said no I don't see you on here. So I responded then I'll go somewhere that knows what the hell they're doing. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I got back in my car and double checked the phone number that I stored in my phone the day I made the appointment so I had it for a reminder call, called and it Ms. Tude answers AGAIN like you're disturbing her day. Front of the house usually speaks for the back. Glad I didn't get it. WOOOF!
