Dr. Epstein is a native New Yorker and earned his dental degree at Boston University Goldman School of Dentistry. He has lived in South Florida since 1980 and in 2001 opened his state of the art dental practice in Bay Harbor Islands, which has recently relocated North Miami.
Dr. Epstein has over 40 years of experience and is passionate about keeping up to the minute on treatment modalities. He is highly skilled and trained in all aspects of general dentistry, and most enjoys Cosmetics, Invisalign and Implant placements using computer guided techniques.
Dr. Shanna is passionate about anything Esthetic, and everything health related. She believes that taking care of our bodies is the best investment we can make. She is in avid learner and has become very passionate about biological dentistry, in her quest to deliver the least toxic, least invasive and environmentally friendly dental care possible. She performs the SAFE protocol to remove silver filling and applies OZONE therapy in multiple modalities.
Dr. Alejandra has an aesthetic eye and passion for perfection in her work. She prides herself on being up-to-date on the latest treatments and technologies in modern dentistry. Her skills include Invisalign, veneers, implants, fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions and advanced bone grafting.

Dr. Shanna Bernkrant is a native Floridian who also attended Boston University for her Undergraduate and Dental Degree. She later studied in San Antonio, TX for her residency in Advanced General Dentistry.

I've always been a bit nervous about going to the dentist, but after numerous appointments at Beach Smiles, I feel completely relaxed now about my dental visits. The entire staff is so welcoming, love love the decor, and the convenient location. Dr. Bernkrant has such a gentle touch, is so thorough in explaining your treatment, she has fixed numerous issues for me and made me feel confident when I smile. It's obvious the whole staff has a passion about dentistry and giving great customer service.

Person who answered the phone was really unprofessional and rude. They don't take invisalign patients. Couldn't even make an appointment.

Staff are all super friendly. Doctor Epstein and Dental Hygienist Ana took extra time with me and answered all my questions. They were very knowledgeable and thorough. Best experience I've had at the dentist!

The best dentist in miami thus far. Dr Shana is professional and knowledgeable and above all a kind person who practices her profession with so much kindness. Her office is immaculate and her team members are wonderful as well, attentive, professional and on point. At the arrival of my visit I had a package waiting for me to complete and I was attended at my scheduled time. dr Shanna took her time and examined me and gave her diagnosis (all good). The dental hygienist was awesome and did a great job and also Maria the receptionist. This office has ample convenient parking and it's in a great location ! I am absolutely delighted with Beach Smiles Dentistry from the sleek ultra-modern decor to the welcoming support staff. Their operation is extremely efficient. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before being seen by the dentist. The support staff is professional and friendly. Most importantly of course is the skill level of the dentist. Dr. Bernkrant is the best dentist that I have ever had the pleasure to have worked on my teeth (Can you believe I'm using the word "pleasure" when referring to a dentist?!!) She is a true artist. I have always been ashamed of my smile, always hiding my teeth when being photographed. Dr. B has given me a new lease on smiling. She has spent hours at a time working to make sure that the results are perfect. I am forever in her debt. P.S. Her technique in administering numbing injections is painless!!
