This place has restored my faith in the dentist office. Everyone was kind, patient, knowledgeable. I even learned some useful facts and tips about tartar (thanks Christian!) and thank you to all of the staff who made this visit so much better than I was expecting.

After recently moving to the area, I have been in need of a new dentist as I have been overdue for a cleaning. However, I never made the initiative until one day had had severe tooth pain. They were to get me in quickly and identify what was causing me pain and fix it. That was a little over a week ago. I just went back today for a cleaning (that I was a couple months overdue on) and again was super impressed!

Im a new patient who received a root canal here a couple yrs ago and it was absolutely pain free. I just had a deep cleaning done by hygenist Chris who is simply one of the best hygenists oc has to offer...hands down. Dr Brian is great, the staff is wonderful and the work they do is exceptional. My entire family will be coming here from now on.

My mom went in there thinking she was just getting a cleaning and x rays. They over charged her for everything. They had her sign a paper without her glasses. It turned out to be a loan. They are really nice so you trust them. DON'T!!!!

I'm usually afraid to go to the senators, but this place was super friendly and Dr. Brian was amazing! Was very nice and helpful and gave me the assurance of what was being done and how to go about it. Not only was he amazing but the staff was also very friendly and helpful. 100% recommend this place to anyone! Great environment. :)

Avoid Beach Dental at all costs! they practice unethical insurance claims that cost me more than $800 out of pocket. Management agreed to reverse insurance claim more than six months ago, but they have yet to follow through. At first, a friend advised me to take my business somewhere else, but the dentist Dr. Magar pleaded with me to stay, and I did. Big mistake!

Stay away! This office used to do fine work but somewhere along the line it became entirely about scamming you out of your money - requiring (not just recommending) completely unnecessary procedures and over billing insurance. August 2021 was my last visit and I actually got up and left halfway through. I ended up going to my parents dentist in fountain valley and just paying cash out of pocket - best decision ever! I've told everyone I know in OC to avoid this office like the plague. And I tried to post a negative "one star" review full of details of my latest visit on their webpage (in response to their request to review my visit), but it mysteriously never went live. Don't waste your time or money here!

Do not use this dentist. The actual service was fine but they overcharged me and my husband $1300 out of pocket for a service they said wasn't covered by my insurance. Come to find it was covered. 4 months later I had to call them to inquire about a refund after review my dental EOBs myself. They said they "had a new system and is was processing" that was my first call. It's now been me calling every week for months and they still owe me $1300. I had this service done in April it's now November. It can't possibly take that long to "process" a refund. There are a million dentists in HB go somewhere else.

Recently, I had cracks on one of my molars so an onlay was recommended as a less aggressive and cheaper alternative to save my tooth. The dentist Brian Nguyen and his assistance Matt worked diligent to ensure the onlay fits perfect. The process was tedious. At the end, the onlay felt natural on my tooth - not too big and not too small. Now that is called quality work. They did it once and did it right. I have been a patient at Beach Dental Group for a few years now and I have no complaints. Quality people, quality work. Thank you Beach Dental!

Please stay away and look elsewhere if your looking for ethical dental services. I have contacted the Dept. Of Consumer Affairs , Ca. Dental Board and insurance in hope they really keep this place on their rader from Ray the office mgr to the head dentist ( "Dr." marcos magar). Long story long. In the decades I've lived here, Ive used the services here a few times for basic cleanings, etc. Despite my mom saying, "I wouldnt let my dog get her teeth cleaned here." Referring to a bad exerience with Magar in the past. I always wondered why their were new dentists each time i arrived. Now I know why! On 091620, i needed treatment for a cracked tooth and was bummed my former dentist (Alexander Nguyen) was gone and nobody wanted to share why he was no longer there. It was only because of him that I took a leap of faith to have the head dentist (Magar) provide the treatment. After x-rays, the stoic office mgr. Ray, showed me the treatment plan, which consisted of a $400.00 night guard and 550.00 (out of pocket) partial crown. I told Ray i couldnt afford the night guard, but to proceed with the partial crown. Dr. Magar came in, performed the treatment and afterwards (as he was walking out the door) turned around and said: " I cant guarantee the work if you dont get the (400.00) night guard." I replied: " so your not confident in your work?" He said, (paraphrased) I do, but you bite down and thats what caused the tooth to crack. I told him i couldnt afford the night guard and he walked away. After treatment, i immediately researched night guards and found a highy recommended one by dentists at CVS at a fraction of the costs and have worn it consistently. Fast forward....i went to visit my son out of state almost one month afterwards. During my trip, the damn crown fell out. I was fortunate to find a great dentist in Houston and he fixed me up. I told him the story and he shook his head and concurred with me that Dr. Magars post- treatment admonishment was nothing short of being unethical. I attempted to handle this at the lowest level and give this office the benefit of the doubt to obtain reimbursement for the shotty work. I knew magar was not going to own up to his lousy work and I was right. My goal here is not about malice or revenge, etc...its about standing up for others who expect to be treated in an ethical manner and not like a "mark" for financial gain.

Gave this group several chances and they failed to deliver decent service. Every time I showed up they somehow did not have a dental hygienist scheduled. EVERY TIME. They just wanted to x-ray and exam my teeth and then return to clean my teeth. They constantly tried to upsell me and quoted me more than 2 x what my dentist quoted me for work. Do not recommend these used car salespeople acting as dentists.

Made a trip to the beach dental group on adams best experience ever ray such a good man give u best performance as well with customer service everyone here is friendly, always feel comfortable going here place is very clean, completely happy with all the work done in the past time I've been going, looking forward for the month cleaning with them these people truly show there effort
