They take their time and make sure you don't have any pain. Love that they take the time to explain any and all procedures as well as let you ask any questions you may have. Such a great group of people.

If you want a dentist that won't scare you, and work with you on budget, BD Dental is for you. For the past five years I've been a repeat customer. I started coming to BD Dental when I was sixteen years old. Of course, we all HATE going to the dentist. But Doctor Nguyen isn't the normal dentist. She thoroughly explains each and every procedure. Which now I really respect. My first time at the dentist obviously I was very nervous. Only because, before I went to Doctor Nguyen: Dentists just threw me under the light and never helped me understand what was going on. Doctor Nguyen makes it her goal of doing what she can to make sure everyone who leaves her office is satisfied. She also is very flexible with her pricing. For me that is a huge thing because I do not have insurance. Also, she has seen me in an hours notice before. If you're in pain, she's going to make the right calls to ensure you're teeth aren't the problem. A tooth being chipped or an inflamed/ infected gum is horrible! I've had about three or four root canals done by Doctor Nguyen, let me tell you, SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE best! She isn't pushy, and always is effective. I'm very thankful for the BD Dental staff and Doctor Nguyen. You will feel cared for at her dental office. When you walk into BD dental it is very clean. All the staff(for years) have worn masks. There is ALWAYS sanitizer at the front desk, along with inside the waiting area. The community of clients I've seen in her office is very diverse. The energy is calming. The staff always schedules me perfect. They get me in as soon as possible, and Ive never waited. I always see kids, as well at the the BD Dental office. Thank you Doctor Nguyen, and the BD Dental Family!

I had an emergency tooth extraction & bone graft done on 01/17/2020. The procedure went okay but after dentist was finished, she told me verbally about the aftercare (which probably touched upon10-15 items ...rapidly because it was close to quitting time and she was trying to get out of there). So I went from the dentist chair to sitting in my car in less then 2 mins. As I was driving home , I got a call from them saying they need my pharmacy number to call in a prescription for pain and an antibiotic.....what??? The lady on the phone asked me if dentist told me about the pain meds & antibiotic before I left and I said NOPE. My phone had 7% battery left on it. If my cellphone had went dead before they called, I would have never known I needed an antibiotic for infection

Fantastic and excellent staff, the office is so lovely and welcoming, I felt so relax and calm when Dr. Nguyen did 5 fillings for me, I will certainly bring my whole family to BD Dental.

If you want to get ripped off go here. They charged my son $450 all he asked for was a tooth extraction. Turns out they did a bone graft without telling him. Then the dentist calls me and claims he was told and his assistant was there. They took advantage of the fact he was in pain. Plus they told me they didn't even use his insurance because the insurance doesn't pay them. By the way they took 5 minutes to charge that.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff at BD Dental always make you feel that you're in good hands. Dr. Nguyen is a wonderful dentist and is always very informative. I always refer her services because she provides great results and great customer service!

I've been looking for a new place to get my dental work done and my mom suggested Richmond Dental. I was apprehensive at first because I'm not a huge fan of the dentist.Dr.Nguyen guided me through everything with no detail left undone which brought me comfort knowing she knows what shes talking about. Also, the office atmosphere is calming.

She's a really good dentist. I was nervous about getting a root canal and she answered all my questions and made sure that I didn't feel any pain and kept checking on me throughout the procedure. She was calm and focused throughout and as a patient that was very reassuring. Thank you.

This was my first time at the dentist office, I didn't know what to expect but the office made me feel quite comfortable. My dental visit was not as awful as my friends had lead me to believe. I am definitely coming back and this would be my regular dental office from now on.

Would definitely recommend. The staff does a excellent job of making you feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen does a excels at communicating the work that needs to be done as well as how to maintain a healthy smile. I had a chipped tooth and I'm satisfied with the job she did. A++
