April is awesome with a good sense of humor but please tell her do not make the patients laugh while getting teeth clean as it is hard to stay still. That was a joke. My time there was quick and not wasted.

I don't know who they got working for them now but they need to be fired or they need to go back to school she messed me up this morning and the audacity to act like she didn't!!!!!!!!!My first and last time ever going to this place and i will be taking further action.I have before and after pictures and the way they treated me was spraying me with water the whole time never not one time did they clean me up had blood all over me and not one time did they attempt to clean it off me.I have never been to an establishment and treated this way..............

I hadn't been to the dentist in six years, and the dental hygienist barely cleaned my teeth. She said I didn't have anything on my teeth to clean. Although I do well with my hygiene, that is hard to believe.

Baywood has always been very professional, but also makes you feel right at home. They are very thrall with the cleanings but gentle and insure that they have caught every issue with your teeth. I would recommend them.

Well it seems that in the middle of my treatment plan Baywood Dental has decided they will no longer take my insurance. This leaves me to find another dentist after they have already done x-rays and charged my insurance for one x-ray that I was told I would not be charged for So long Baywood Dental. When I paid with cash I was more than welcome. Why do we have insurance if it's not accepted?
