We get it – most people don’t look forward to vising the dentist. At Bayville Dental Arts, we believe the difference is in the details, so we provide numerous amenities that help our patients feel less anxious and more at ease when they visit our office, including a blanket and pillow in each treatment room. We also offer sedation dentistry if patients are feeling fearful or nervous prior to receiving treatment
I was born on August 8th, 1976 in Manhassett, NY. These are both very important facts to know in order to get to know me. For one, that makes me a Leo and a Leo I am. I am a true competitor in everything I get my hands on from striving to add the most value into my patient's lives through the dental experience we give them to never giving up on the tennis court to being the best Dad and Husband I can be.
Secondly, I was born with a thick New York 'sometimes thuggish sounding' accent that no matter how hard I try I just can 't shake. Add my accent to the fact that I do not hesitate to speak my mind (only like a true New Yorker does) and boy, I can get myself in a lot of trouble, especially with my BEAUTIFUL, genius wife Melissa. (If you saw me now, I would be patting myself on the back.) I have held a few nicknames over the years, including Osh in my high school and Air Force days, Dr.O by my patients and staff, and Babo when Melissa is happy with me. Over the past two years, my family has grown from two people to four with our latest addition: my son Julian Jamie Oshidar. We already have our daughter Arianna Layla Oshidar, who absolutely has me whipped. Trust me, if you become a patient here, you will hear all about my babies.
I don't have this overly compelling or wonderful story as to why I became a dentist, but I can truly say I am really happy I did. The truth is my dad wanted all three of his sons to become doctors and in turn, he got two dentists and chiropractor. I love what I do, not because I am the best dentist in the world (which I am close to being) but because my practice gives me the opportunity to help people achieve a better quality of life. I not only do this through my hands-on dentistry, but I love to coach, educate, and advise my patients, staff, and others as well basically, whoever will appreciate what I have to teach.
Kelly has been in the dental field since 1994 as a Practice Manager, Regional Practice Manager and as a private dental consultant for many offices in New York and New Jersey. Over the years she has traineddental teams on everything from dental insurance, scheduling and practice culture. Kelly believesin the privatepractice approach to patient care and trulyloves the opportunity to be in a beautiful, patient focused office that providesnot only exceptional and innovative care, but also develops lasting relationships with patients. Kelly enjoys life as a Jersey Shore local, likes surfing and bike ridingaround the beach towns, and spending time with her husband and their German Shepard, Bentley.
Kristen has been a dental assistant for 6 years. Most of her experience is in surgical and cosmetic dentistry; she finds the patient satisfaction in these specialties to be personally rewarding. Kristen likes to spend time with her 7 year old son, plays piano and soccer and they are both avid readers.
Pam has been in the dental field since 1979. She truly enjoys her job in dentistry because there are so many different ways she gets to help patients with their dental care. Pam is versed in preventative, restorative, cosmetic, orthodontic and implant surgical dentistry. As Pam says, 'I get to do it all!' Outside the office, Pam enjoys biking, going to the gym with her husband and going on cruises with her family and friends.

Dr. Ingy Alhelawe, DMD was right on point with my dental issues and concerns. Having her patients comfortable at all times. Her injections for numbing were so on point, I can't exsplain it! Which in return means not too many were needed. Jasmine at the front desk is so pleasant and quick with answers in reguards to all things including insurance concerns and payment. She makes Bayville dental arts feel like home. The whole entire staff are just as sweet and always smiling ready to assist! They have always followed up after my procedures. This can be via txt or call and have always responded quickly. The facility is always nice and clean and perfect setting for comfort! I'm so glad I choose Bayville Dental Arts!

I was very very impressed with this dentist's office! Right from the beginning, we were greeted by Jazmyn who was so warm and welcoming; she told us to make ourselves at home and the office was literally like a home. It was decorated very nicely and it was very clean; I've never seen a waiting room for a doctor or dentist like it and I was very impressed. Dr. Ingy was amazing; she had a great demeanor with my 22 month old who was at his first dentist appointment. I was expecting tears, but Dr. Ingy and her assistant were so good with him that I think he actually enjoyed his first dentist visit! I highly highly recommend this office for its inviting atmosphere and feel!

This is absolutely an awesome office, the staff is the best.From the very first day, I was made to feel like family. Dr.Alhelawe is a perfectionist, you have to be completely satisfied before you leave. I tell everyone I meet that needs a dentist to go to Bayville Dental Arts. They won't be disappointed, I promise.

I highly recommend Bayville Dental Arts, the staff is friendly and very helpful. I was given options on how to handle my needs and they don't pressure you into anything. They even offer several payment options that help meet your needs. As for the actual procedure, they handled my needs immediately and it was pain free!

Honestly the best dental place I have been to in years. From walking in and meeting the receptionist to the X-ray tech to the dentist they are awesome. The environment is clean and relaxing. They didn't rush through my appointment and answered all my concerns. My family and I finally found a dentist we can say we love. I recommend this dentist to all.
