Meet Stephanie! Since 2006, Stephanie has polished smiles and welcomes patients as one of our amazing Dental Hygienists. She is a proud Argosy University alumna who received her Dental Hygiene degree in May of 2006. Stephanie has enjoyed working at Bayview Dental where she can develop long-lasting patient relationships!
After growing up in North Branch, Stephanie made the move to Almelund where she now currently resides with her family. She loves the short commute to work! In her spare time, Stephanie enjoys camping with her husband, two children, and dogs. They love all things Disney, and enjoy spending time at their kids sporting events, not to mention exploring the many areas of the 4H- especially the animals!
Born and raised in the North Branch, Jillian attended Argosy University for her Dental Hygiene degree. Her goal is to understand each patients individual needs, provide quality care, and educate her patients on their oral health care.
In her spare time, Jillian enjoys traveling, crafting, camping, hiking, fishing and also spending quality time with her husband, dog, family and friends. She looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with her patients here at Bayview Dental!
Faith graduated from Herzing University as a licensed Dental Assistant in 2018. She loves to make patients feel as comfortable as possible while theyre in the dental chair. Her goal is to see every patient leave her care with a smile!
Born and raised in Minnesota, Faith enjoys being outdoors. Her hobbies include ice fishing in the winter and being out on the lake in the summer- as much as she can! She also enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her adorable Labrador retriever!
Say hello to Leslie, the Office Manager here at Bayview Dental! A woman who wears many hats, Leslie is also trained as a Dental Hygienist but has found her true passion in the administrative aspect of dentistry. She has lived in Minnesota since she was five years old and in the Chisago Lakes area for over two years. She now lives with her husband and son in Lindstrom. They also have a dog named Donut and two cats named Phoebe and Boo.
In her free time, Leslie enjoys gardening, crafting, camping, and spending time on the lakes with her family. She is thrilled to be here at Bayview and looks forward to building long-lasting relationships with our patients.

One of the nicest and most pleasant visits to the dentist I have ever experienced. The staff is incredibly welcoming and polite. I felt relaxed and worry free while having my teeth cleaned and wisdom teeth removed. Good help is hard to find but not at Bayview Dental!

Steph was amazing! My 2.5yr old had her first dental visit and she made it a great experience for her. Dr. Archibald was very well spoken and took his time to make sure all our questions were answered.

Bayview Dental is truly AMAZING! NB Dental and Bayview coordinated and scheduled an appointment same day, due to the pain I was in. Dr. Youngner and the assistant took time to explain the procedure, so I knew what to expect and stopped multiple times to make sure I was comfortable. The TEAM was absolutely incredible and I would highly recommend!

Nice comfortable and clean environment for your typical 6month cleaning and other dental needs. Took hard coffee stains from my teeth to make them white again so I can smile again!

My recent check-up was a pleasant experience with technician Jill and Dr. Bakke. The rates were good and Dr. Bakke didn't push for additional work that was not needed. I recommend Bayview Dental!

Bayview Dental is a wonderful office, everyone is so kind and welcoming. Last week I have a filling break and they were able to work me into their schedule the same day to repair it! All around wonderful experience for my unexpected repair and my routine cleanings.
