Kenneth Liszewski, D.M.D., D.I.D.I.A, known by his patients and the BayView team as Dr. L, was born in Camden, NJ and grew up in the Philadelphia area. Dr. L. attended Temple University for both undergraduate studies and his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree, which he received in 1986. Upon completion of his boards, he settled in Sarasota, FL.

Dr. L stayed on the forefront of dental technology by advancing his education and studying with leaders in implantology, oral surgery and other oral care areas, earning his Fellowship, Mastership and finally his Diplomate status from the International Dental Implant Association in 2015.

Dr. L is highly experienced in all phases of General Dentistry, with a particular focus today on cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. L achieves great satisfaction sharing his knowledge and expertise with his associates and solving complex dental problems. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, West Coast District Dental Association and has recently served as President of the Sarasota County Dental Association.

Dr. Liszewski has over 35 years experience and expertise in providing comprehensive, practical dental solutions and exceptional patient experiences. He and his wife, Stacy, have 7 children and thoroughly enjoy being a part of their active lives. His hobbies include being an avid golfer, sportsman and multi-instrument rated private pilot.

Dr. Meredith Galloway was born and raised in Pensacola, Florida. She had extensive orthodontic treatment as a child, which inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry. She attended college at the University of Florida. Dr. Galloway graduated Cum Laude with bachelors degrees in Nutrition and Zoology in 2006, and in 2007, she earned her masters degree in Nutrition from UF. She received her doctorate in dental medicine in 2011 from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. After dental school, Dr. Galloway moved to Bradenton, Florida, where she met her husband, Kyle, and they married in June of 2015. Their son, Colton, was born in June of 2016 and they welcomed a daughter, Juliana, in July of 2018.

Dr. Galloway prides herself on being an honest and caring dentist and strongly believes in the link between oral health and systemic health. She is skilled in making even the most anxious patient feel comfortable in her chair and she understands the importance of patient education and makes sure to clearly and thoroughly explain all treatment to her patients. She is proficient in crown and bridge work, full and partial dentures, root canals, and extractions.

Dr. Galloway is an avid Florida Gators fan and loves attending the home football games. Her brother and father are also alumni of the University of Florida. In her free time, Dr. Galloway enjoys spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Kan achieved the Certificate in Endodontics and Master of Science degree from the Department of Endodontics 3-year post-doctorate graduate specialty program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. Her research during her residency was titled,Periapical Microsurgery: The Effects of Locally Injected Dexamethasone on Post-Operative Healing, which studied the effects of steroids on reducing pain and healing time. Her research was published in the industrys top publication: Journal of Endodontics, Volume 42, Number 11, November 2016.

Dr. Kan is licensed to practice in both Florida and North Carolina. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, Florida Endodontic Association and numerous local dental organizations.

She was born in Russia, and attended Omsk Regional Medical College for her degree in dentistry. She practiced general dentistry in Omsk for a decade. Before immigrating to the U.S., she was practicing general dentistry in a dual clinic setting where she was the senior dentist in one of the clinics that employed 11 dentists. Her extensive experience in operative procedures, cosmetic restorations, pediatric and family dentistry gives her a unique perspective as a specialist. Upon immigrating to the U.S. in 2003, she began learning English and the basics of American life. Dr. Kan repeated dental school in the U.S. and graduated from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill with her degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS). Afterward, she continued her education to specialize in Endodontics at UNC.

Dr. Paola Donaire believes in providing the best quality dental care in a friendly, comfortable, compassionate, caring, and professional environment. She attended the University of New Orleans and graduated from Louisiana State Universitys School of Dentistry in 1998. She continued her studies at Louisiana State Universitys School of Dentistry and received a Certificate in Prosthodontics. Following that, she was accepted into a Fellowship program and received a certificate in Esthetic and Implant Restoration from Louisiana State Universitys School of Dentistry.

Through this training, Dr. Donaire became proficient in many aspects of dentistry including full mouth rehabilitation, extractions, root canals, crown, bridge, and implant restoration, cosmetic and restorative procedures, dentures and partials. For the last fifteen years, she practiced dentistry in Metaire, Louisiana while serving as part-time clinical faculty at Louisiana State Universitys School of Dentistry.

She is fluent in both Spanish and English to better serve patients needs. When Dr. Donaire is out of the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Ronnie, and her two children, Adrian and Mina. Sharing quality time with her family and friends is a priority. During her leisure time, Dr. Donaire enjoys traveling, reading, and music. She feels blessed to have the opportunity to live in sunny Florida and intends to visit all the beaches in the area. Dr. Donaire is looking forward to meeting you, taking care of your dental needs and forming long-lasting relationships.

Dr. Elodie Epane was born and raised in Douala, Cameroon. At eighteen, she moved to the United States and attended University of Houston where she graduated with a B.S in Chemistry and a minor in Biology. Following her undergraduate education, she went on to earn her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at Meharry Medical College. After dental school, Dr. Epane moved to sunny Florida to complete her residency training at NYU Lutheran at LECOM. Dr. Epane currently resides in the Sarasota-Bradenton area to provide the highest quality dental care to the community.

Dr. Epanes passion for dentistry is a result of her personal experiences as a child in a country with a non-existing dental health care system. She believes that a smile is the beginning of a journey that can have lasting effects. Dr. Epane recognizes that every patient has unique dental goals, experiences and challenges. Its important to get to know what each patients expectations are so that I can help solve their problems and work within their budget. My patients and I are a team. I educate them and empower them to take control of the care they receive.

Dr. Epane is exceptionally caring, detail-oriented, and always has the best interests of her patients in mind. It is a priority for her to educate each person on the importance of routine oral health care and her ultimate goal is equipping each patient with a confident smile. Dr. Epane is nitrous oxide certified and is also a certified Invisalign provider. She is also a skilled implant provider. In her free time, Dr. Epane loves to spend time with her six children and husband. Dr. Epane enjoys reading biblical publications, swimming with the family, and traveling.

Additionally, she is a volunteer to a variety of organizations including Better Together as a mentor for fostering families, Grace Community Church in Sarasota, and Hope 4 kids Dental Screening and Education.

Dr. Noel Keyzer was born and raised in Germany. She grew up around dentistry as her father is a practicing dentist in Germany. Dr. Keyzer moved to Bradenton, Florida with her mother and sister in 2001. She earned her degree in Biology from Florida International University in Miami and then went on to the University of Florida where she received her Doctorate Degree in dental medicine.

Dr. Keyzers passion for dentistry results in a personal commitment to make her patients look and feel their best. She and her team truly believe that every patient is special and deserve to be treated as such. Dr. Keyzers values are aligned with BayView Dentals philosophy of providing lifetime dental care that relates to whole body wellness.

Dr. Keyzer is experienced in cosmetic dentistry, and she is a certified Clear Correct provider. Clear Correct is an invisible teeth aligner system, a discreet alternative to traditional metal braces. Dr. Keyzer is a member of the American Dental Association.

Dr. Takashi Dixon attended National American University in Colorado Springs where she earned her Bachelors of Science in Applied Management. She received her Masters of Business Administration from Tarleton State University. Dr. Dixon moved to Nashville to finish her Masters of Health Sciences degree and to continue to pursue a career in dentistry by earning her Doctor of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College, School of Dentistry.

Dr. Dixons goal is to deliver the highest-quality dental care utilizing advanced techniques for her patients through the pursuit and commitment of lifelong learning. She enjoys taking continuing education courses and offers a broad variety of dental services including implants, smile makeovers, root canal therapy, crown and bridge, veneers and restorative dentistry. Dr. Anthony Castellano received his D.M.D. from Temple University Kornberg School of Dentistry with a Summa Cum Laude distinction. He was also inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. He earned his Bachelor of Science from Boston College and is originally from Clarks Summit, PA.

Once graduating from dental school, Dr. Castellano started honing his clinical skills, by providing high-quality comprehensive dental services in a private practice located in Philadelphia, PA. Making the move to Florida has been a dream of his for many years. Dr. Castellano is ecstatic to continue his dental career with Bayview Dental Associates. As a member of the American Dental Association, Anthony is always working to stay up to date with the newest/best technology and techniques. His calm demeanor and clinical expertise help gain the confidence of even the most weary of dental patients. His passion for dentistry is undeniable, as is his desire to treat his patients as if they were his own family.

Dr. Castellano is an experienced cosmetic dentist and an Invisalign provider. He has also completed advanced training in dental implant surgery, which allows him to provide all aspects of dental implant treatment for his patients.

Dr. Phennatda Polpornvitoon graduated from LECOM School of Dental Medicine and continued her post-graduate internship at University of Illinois Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Department. During her Internship, she gained experience in providing the highest level of patient care in hospital and clinical settings.

She presents her passion and commitment for dentistry for over 10 years. During that time she has gained experiences in managing medically compromised patients, dental & medical emergencies, comprehensive treatment planning, surgical and laser treatments in various clincial settings. Over those years, she has been exposed to implant dentistry, cases in IV and General Sedations, and cosmetic dentistry.

Dentistry is a passion for Dr. Canizares, not a job. Dr. Canizares grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida with her focus on Food Science and Human Nutrition. She is a graduate of LECOM School of Dental Medicine in Bradenton, FL.

She has a broad scope of expertise in general dental procedures, however, she especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry. She relishes in reaching optimal oral health for each of her patients that results in an amazing smile! Her meticulous attention and artistic approach to detail allows her to thrive in providing beautiful and superior quality dentistry. I know that with each patient brings a unique story, previous dental experiences, apprehension and personal goals or needs, says Dr. Canizares, which is why she provides comprehensive, tailored plans for every patient. Dr Ari Levine, a 3rd generation dentist, born in Manhattan, recently moved down to the area from NYC. He received his bachelors from at Queens College in New York City double majoring in Biological Neuroscience and chemistry. He is a published author in the research he conducted in the field of Neuroscience. He graduated Dental school from New York University where his grandfather also graduated. He has been trained in Implants and restorative dentistry from his father who taught at New York Universitys post-Doctoral implant program as well.

Dr Levine was attracted to the area by the year-round beautiful weather that has helped him break an 80 on the golf course. Dr Levine also loves to scuba dive and enjoying the beautiful Florida coast.

Dr. Lzaro earned his degree in Biology from the University of Florida in Gainesville and then went on to the Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI where he received his Doctorate Degree in Dental Surgery.

Dr. Lzaros goal is to provide advanced and modern dental care in a compassionate and caring approach. He is committed to inspire and enhance the dental experience of his patients and the community by incorporating advanced digital technology with personalized care and individual treatment plans. Dr. Lzarounderstands that dental health is asignificant part of overall healthand he isdedicated to improving his patients health one smile at a time.

Dr. Singhs commitment to dentistry stems from his personal experiences of lack of access to adequate dental care as a child. In high school, he made a resolve within himself to pursue the field of dentistry so he can make an impact in the lives of others and elevate their self-esteem. This passion continued throughout undergraduate university and dental school in which Dr Singh excelled at every level, to finally accomplish his dream of becoming a dentist. Dr. Singh constantly strives for excellence in every patient case and encounter and goes above and beyond in order to win the satisfaction and trust of his patients.

Dr. Hetvi Patel is a Indian American from New York. She received her Bachelor in Dental Surgery at an age of 20 and was one of the youngest to graduate in her class with the highest honor. She continued her journey in the field of dentistry by receiving her DDS from University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine with honors. After practicing for number of years in Houston, Texas, her family and she moved to Sarasota FL in search for better quality of life and best beaches in the United States.

Dr. Patel is currently a prestigious member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, American Academy of Implant Dentistry and American Dental Association. She truly believes in the strength of learning and growing as a practitioner and more importantly as a care giver.
