In the last six months, I have been rescheduled for multiple times right before my scheduled appointments the very last minute. Every time I just confirmed my appointment, they would contact me and say something happened in the office, like vacations( out of the blue), or having no availability (out of the blue). I have to say, their punctuality is awful.

Staff was kind & they were all observing covid restrictions. The office had an overall cloying smell of some fall scent that made it difficult to breathe. The doctor did my cleaning rather than a hygienist which i thought was strange. He did a fine job but left me mid-cleaning and went to do an exam on another patient. We scheduled a 6 month appointment but I think I'll look elsewhere in the future.

By far the best medical attention I have ever experienced. They want to help you not cuz their being paid for it but because they care!!!! In my opinion don't waste your time with any other dentist, they just want your money the staff at Baytown want you to be feel better

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Called over a month ago a scheduled a root canal. Have been cancelled on 2 time never have called back to reschedule had to call them both time. Finally today went to my appointment after waiting 40 minutes was informed that they no longer do root canals. Would recommend going any where but here. Worst customer service ever.

Baytowne Dental is great! Everyone that helped me was very friendly and professional. The office is clean and I felt very comfortable. The dentist inquired about my history and helped me make informed decisions about my treatment options based on our discussion. I am definitely returning for additional dental care. The visit was quick and easy. The cleaning painless. However, they were short staffed, there was no receptionist when I arrived.

Gave my boyfriend the run around for months. came in for his appointment to get a root canal and after they numbed him in five spots they said they couldn't do it because they "didn't have time" then 30 minutes before his next appointment while we're sitting outside waiting they call and say that the "shit they need didn't come in" then proceeds to say "sorry excuse my language the stuff they need" whatever that means. given they ARE a dentist office how do you not have the tools you need to do a procedure???? i'm so over this place

This place was awesome and the service was great, once again I went to Baytown and and had a tooth pulled and it was easy and smooth and everything went great service was great

I called to make a appointment as a customer without insurance was told over the phone it would cost $79 for the exam, X-rays, and a cleaning. Waited a month for my appointment, the day of I go in get my X-rays, exam etc. then the hygienist tells me the $79 does not include a cleaning. That the office staff has had a "miscommunication" even though this is why I even made an appointment with them. What a waste of my time and their time. I guess Baytown doesn't think people will walk out once they are in the chair and they try to charge you double.

Friendly staff. I wasn't offered over the top solutions like other dental places. We made a simple plan for my teeth and I'm looking forward to coming back.

Great experience! I was in severe pain and even though I was a new patient, the receptionist worked very hard to ensure that I received treatment as soon as possible. They were able to squeeze me in that SAME day between other appointments. Every staff member and the Dentist were extremely caring, courteous, and professional.

Always a good visit. And, that's means a lot coming from someone who used to shake every time I sat down in the dentist chair. Stage staff is professional and friendly and have taken care of my teeth for over 14 years!
