I got my crowns and root canal done here and they did an excellent job. My orthodontist was in awe and I have to remind them that my 2 front teeth are crowns because they did such a good job.

I love this place, I highly recommend Dr Nassar and his staff. I have awfully bad teeth from a disease and he has restored them time after time helping me save my teeth! If you want someone thorough and is prioritizing the life and health of your teeth while simultaneously leaving you with a beautiful smile please see this dentist! Worth it!!!!!

I meant to leave positive feedback with my 5 stars: I am so grateful for Dr. Nassar and his great staff members like his office manager 'My' (hoping I spelled her name right!) who is super friendly, kind, helpful, patient, understanding and professional and Gosia who is an EXCELLENT hygienist who like Dr Nassar is always willing to explain something, deal with a concern or answer a quick question or two for a patient and both are super professional and my experience with both of them numerous times are that they have a kind, professional and sincere care and concern for their patients including of course for their patient's good dental care and maintenance. Most of my many experiences Throughout my life with dentists have been overall pretty positive with the exception of a couple that were not and I can tell you that I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Nassar and his staff without hesitation because Dr. Nassar is one of the very best Dentists I have had in my life, and being older now I have seen QUITE a few!!!

I have been a patient at this dentist office for years without an issue. They have always been kind and reputable. However my "visit" today left me very disappointed. I entered the office at my scheduled appointment time for routine cleaning only to be declined service simply because of where I work. I am a nurse working on the front lines during this pandemic in the emergency department. I take covid 19 with the utmost seriousness and follow all safety protocols in place while I work. I spend eight hours a day wearing an n95 mask, a face shield, as well as all other offered protective equipment. I have to this day not had covid, I have no symptoms, and I did not present in the office today with a fever (they checked my temperature at the door). However because the staff at Baystate Family Dental did not "feel comfortable" providing me with basic preventative dental care, I was declined service. I am not ill; I cannot reschedule my appointment once I am "recovered." My job is not an illness; I cannot be "healed" of my duty. Just because my job has me working with the ill does not mean that I myself am ill, and I take all the necessary precautions to ensure that. As a healthcare professional I took an oath to help people, the same oath the staff here must take. So I am hurt, insulted, and highly disappointed that I could not be given routine dental care. It is not fair or right to deny because of my job. I work on the frontlines and provide a much needed service to the public, yet I am denied the chance to seek even basic care from this facility. So I ask, when will I be allowed to receive the same care that I give everyone else?
