Dr. Yadav is the best dentist I have ever had. She is caring and thorough. Her medical assistant Sharon is also the best. They both explain what's going to happen. I used to be really scared and I hated my teeth. Now I love my smile! Also shout out to Kate who cleans my teeth. I have referred people to this wonderful office.

I've been terrified of dentists my entire life. The providers here made me feel completely comfortable and eased my fears. I highly recommend Baystate Dental's Westfield office!!!

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. When I used to go to the dentist at other practices, I would have anxiety and dread going. Baystate Dental of Westfield has changed that for me. Everyone from Debbie, Emily and Richard in the front office, to Jackie and Jane to Dr. Aclock have been very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.

Great place! Clean/new..Friendly front desk staff, dentists, hygienists, & assistants! They are gentle, caring, informative. ..if you are looking for a new dentist this is the one!

Mackenzie was my hygienist today. She is proficient, gentle, compassionate, knowledgeable, Sweet and friendly. The dentist who examined me was also very knowledgeable and professional. I interacted with office staff and office manager who are all friendly and helpful. Very happy with the dental care I am receiving there for last 3+ years.

We went to and spoke with a few dentists before coming here, my husband needs quite a bit of work done and is very anxious about the dentist. Every staff member here was an absolute delight. I can't say enough good things about the clinical staff who helped calm my husband and didn't amp up any anxiety. The front office staff who listened and answered every one of our exhaustive questions (Emily you're fantastic!) we are so glad the have found this office and all the incredibly caring people who work here.
