That place in Northampton was horrible. They broke my tooth without communication with me as they patched it on my tooth while they put crown on my tooth. It was freaking painful. I would not recommend anyone to go there!!! They were not friendly people.

No one on the team introduced themselves . I am always surprised when this practice does not check my blood pressure and ask any questions about my health today. In the past at other practices, this along with asking me to rinse with a mouth wash was always done

My husband had an appointment at 4pm today to get his teeth cleaned. He was on time for the appointment. They called him in at 4:26. Then they said, "We don't have enough time today to clean your teeth. It takes an hour. You'll have to reschedule." This is unbelievable. But true.

Receptionist are horrible you call and they have you on hold literally about 10 mins ....Seriously a client could be having a bad tooth and they dont let you speak right on hold ....Horrible ....

DO NOT let these people anywhere near your mouth. My partner went there for dentures and they fitted him improperly and then said he'd "just have to live with it". Unbelievable. The dentures didn't fit, hurt him with sharp edges and he had to go to another dentist to have a whole new set made. Totally INCOMPETENT. The dentist actually WALKED OUT OF THE ROOM and said "There's nothing more I can do" when his dentures wouldn't stay in his mouth for even 30 minutes! We're going to report them to the MA Dentristy Board. It was THAT BAD. SERIOUSLY- beware. EDIT: what they wrote below is a LIE. NO ONE contacted us. We are pursuing legal options.

I needed prompt dental work on a tooth I believed would need to be removed, got an appointment very quickly, and Dr. Cioccia was able to do a root canal instead of extraction. Mikayla was welcoming, very efficient, and very knowledgeable about every step of the process

Dr. Cioccia and his assistant Mikayla are so wonderful. Mikayla has a lovely bright and cheerful disposition. While I am not one to be worried or nervous at the dentist, she makes it a point to explain and let you know what you can expect as the processes go along. With her positive bedside manner, I can see her as an asset to anyone who may have reservations to dental work. Dr. Cioccia is very kind, personable, talented and dedicated to giving you the best outcome to preserve and care for your smile. I've always had a positive experience here. I am so impressed by Baystate Dental!!! They called me back to a room on time. Everyone I saw was so nice. A professional atmosphere with people who really care. I wish all of my appointments were this pleasant.
