First time at Baystate Dental,Ludlow Office for a cleaning.Office was so clean, Patty my hygienist was so welcoming and great,made me feel very comfortable and did a excellent job with my cleaning.Even the ladies at the front desk were so kind and sweet.I was so happy with the outcome and I will definitely be returning!

Best receptionists in any health care facility I've ever been to!! They really do their best to get you quick appointments that work with your schedule! + every hygienist, assistant, and dentist I've seen at their practice has been great!! Non judgmental, kind, friendly, knowledgeable... I could go on!!

I love the service I get every time I go. This time it was more than a cleaning. I needed to get a new tooth to replace my old one that cracked. I went today to get the replacement and the coloring was off so it had to go back. This has nothing to do with Dr Lin. His dental assistant was great. Lots of laughs. Always feel comfortable. First time working with the Dentist. Turns out that this is the office I'm sticking with!

Baystate Dental Ludlow has always been a positive experience for me. The wait time and their professionalism is important to me. Andrew is an asset to your office. Andrew the Hygienist was excellent, extremely professional. He cleaned my teeth gently, and without any pain. My hope is is still there in three months when I need my teeth cleaned again.
