In first place I put one start but this place dont deserved NO start. My experience in this place it was the worst ever! They canceled and rescheduled appointments like the own people time like people don't work or don't have other compromise, they dont care aboit patient because I was in pain due a fix the they did on one of my teeth, also they was very rude with my mother when she call to schedule and appointment. I'm personally looking for another dentist.

I was referred to Baystate Dental in Holyoke by my cousin who had nothing but great things to say. Let me tell you, I've had some pretty bad experiences at other dental offices. My dental hygienist, Charo, was AMAZING! Not only was she sweet, informative, thorough and honest but she really helped me feel more comfortable with going to the dentist. I actually look forward to coming back and seeing her.

I cannot recommend Baystate Dental of Holyoke highly enough. After going to Baystate Dental in Holyoke for a my routine cleanings while I lived in the area, I tried switching to Baystate Dental Greenfield when I moved to Greenfield. At my first appointment with the Greenfield office, they did not even touch my teeth and instead wrongfully recommended that I get a root scaling cleaning that my insurance then proceeded to keep denying for the next 3 months. Not only did the incredible staff at Baystate Dental of Holyoke fix this problem - they got me in the schedule for a regular cleaning as soon as possible, and every staff member I interacted with was polite, knowledgable, and understanding each step of the way. A lot of medical atmospheres feel extremely transactional, but I will literally be driving all the way to Holyoke to go to this particular office because of the incredible customer service and clearly talented, professional staff. 1000/5 stars, best dentist in the Valley.

This is one the best dental offices I have ever been too. So much so that I have signed up as a new patient. From the moment I walked in I was graciously greeted by Ariel at front desk, who had all of my information ready for me!! I then had my teeth cleaned by Charo who was meticulous at cleaning every portion of my teeth, front, back and in between. Ultimately was then seen by Dr. Sheth whose explanation of work I needed done was in layman's terms including pricing options, what insurances cover and time frame. Strongly recommend this place for all of your dental needs.

Dr Matt Halluch is THE consummate professional. My family will not accept an appointment with anyone else . Zuly , the assistant, is an absolute sweetheart, with a gentle touch and a calming demeanor.

Baystate Dental has it all: medical competency, courtesy, and efficiency. I have been using their dental services for over 10 years, and the actions of the group have accomplished great dental outcomes for me.

They have no idea what they're doing. I've been trying to get wisdom teeth removed for months and they keep cancelling 2-3 days before and moving it out. Now, months later, they say they were never going to be able to do it in the first place. Wasting my time and don't care about actually helping the patient. Never using baystate again.

Just finished up my 6 month cleaning, in which Baystate Dental has really impressed my family and I again. I recently moved dentists to Baystate Dental, specifically the Holyoke office, and I've had no regrets. Our hygienist, Mrs. Charo, is a super sweet lady and is always very caring when I have a visit. Everyone in the office is super friendly and I would encourage others to check out the Holyoke office! Very impressed!

I recently tried to make an appointment at this place but was told I could not because I was unaware of my mass health ID number. Today, after being told that I couldn't get an appointment, I receive a letter that in my opinion is dismissive and discriminatory! As the letter falsely states that they have enjoyed serving me over the past (even though they NEVER have, I am NOT A PATIENT & NEVER even had an appointment) but the quality of MY interaction is not satisfactory to them so they will not be seeing me anymore. Appalled & disrespected don't even begin to cover it as this is a very upsetting scenario & due to the fact that I never even had more than a conversation with someone at this office it comes off very DISCRIMINATORY! Smh will be filling a complaint with the BBB & insurance company & whoever else I can because this is unacceptable!
