Tara is a fantastic hygienist and Dr. Princewell very skilled and gentle. I highly recommend Baystate Dental on Harrison St in Springfield. (They validate your parking ticket for lot across the street too)

Had a high level difficulty extraction yesterday done. I was very concerned about complications. But a friendly woman came in and made me numb as possible before bigman in the kufi came in like a pro and handled it within minutes with help from his assistant. I felt no pain. Word to the wise though.....do not miss your appointments

This office is incredible! The staff are all absolutely wonderful to deal with, from the front desk to the hygienist and the doctor! The office space itself is extremely clean, up to date, and the equipment they have to use is amazing! I would recommend this office to everyone!

The dentist and especially his very rude assistant (a Ukrainian lady) are just in a bad mood, plain rude every single visit and I've had 7 visits in the last 3 months. I HIGHLY recommend NOT wasting your time OR money here and finding some one who cares about your dental health, because I don't want to even talk to them or come back to this place after this. If you make a mistake they get upset and ridicule you. They do NOT explain any procedures to you, and are in a rush. If you ask a question, there is immediate attitude and hostility. Lesson learned, this place is full of elitists and you're just a $ sign walking through the door. You can visit another BayState Dental in a different location in Springfield and leave this miserable experience behind us all!

Located on Harrison Street in Springfield Massachusetts. I have been taking my son here for a couple of years and it was due to our regular dental provider closing with no warning. We found Baystate Dental and started bringing our son here. My wife and I just started going here. It's in a good location with validated parking just across the street. The people there are very nice and seem very thorough. They do not currently have an Orthodontist but can give you a referral to a good one. If you are looking for a well established dental care provider, make your appointment today!

That may have been the worst dentist experience I've ever had. The dentist was actually annoyed with only a few questions and not friendly at all that's not the issue im not thr to make friends BUT give the customer a lil consideration for LEGIT concerns and questions about their teeth. I've had too many other extractions and never had the shot hurt so excessively. I feel like he may be a good Dr but idk bcuz i won't go back because of how i was treated on my first visit. It's a shame.

I left this place crying. The receptionist and dental assistant were very nice and comforting but that's where it ends. Had X-rays completed and was instructed to sit and wait for the doctor. Waited over 45 mins for the doc(forgot her name but she was female). She finally comes and didn't even introduce herself or make a comment about running late. She proceeded to lay me back and instructed me to open my mouth. I have a terrible toothache with gum sensitivity..she proceeds to poke it multiple times. I finally say can you stop it's killing me. She LAUGHED and said sorry. Then she tells me I need two root canals without going over the imaging or plan with me. She does not explain anything at all. I said ok let's do the painful root canal today. She says "we have 10 minutes I can't do it in 10 minutes" I told her I was told this was an emergency clinic and it would be done today as I can't eat or sleep and need this done. She proceeds to tell me I was an ADD ON and we need more than 10 minutes to complete it. I said again I need this done today, the doc said "no one told me, we have 10 minutes" She was highly inconsiderate and very unprofessional. Avoid this place like the plague!

Staff is professional, friendly and thorough. Needed both cleaning and some work done for a root canal. Easy to schedule and overall great experience

I have tried the rest, now come to the best,one of the best affordable dentists here in Springfield, MA. Understanding staff and very patient staff. I left and came back to them. Because they are the best, I just wish the Doctors stick around for more than 4-5 years. Overall, I'm glad they put up with me lol
