My first appointment there a few years ago was great. Since then my experience has been terrible. Appointments booked with confirmation text messages. Only to call to confirm the appointment as i hadn't received anything and they say I'm not on the schedule. Multiple hygienist appointments completed with no dentist in the office. A month ago they cancelled my appointment. I attempted to call the office 4x with no answer. I was forced to request an appointment online which was rescheduled for 6 months later. Again i spent days calling to attempt to speak to a real human until i finally had to leave a message. They later called me back and fit me in for 1 month later. Fast forward to that day and yet again i get a text message 1 hour prior to my appointment stating they had to cancel my appointment. I get it everywhere is facing staffing challenges post pandemic. But 90% of healthcare has figured out how to still care for there patients. Get it together baystate for your other patients, because no longer will i be a patient of baystate dental.

Hello? Anybody home? My appointment was canceled, I tried to call and rebook, haven't been able to anything but a voicemail box for 2 weeks. Did you close permanently?

I cant get ahold of the Greenfield office through the regular line cause their closed but the emergency line wont take my call cause it says greenfield is open I just wanna cry. I just need help and dont wanna go to the emergency room cause they wont do anything but give me medication

I am giving 3 stars because this business has an amazing front desk crew but the dentist and hygienists have a tendency to fall short. The front desk has always been kind to me, and when I had an exceptionally bad visit, the manager reached out to me via email to see how we could remedy the issue. I appreciate everyone that works behind the desk who continuously make me feel comfortable each time I go. The dentist though has a dry sense of humor and isn't very friendly. He calls me the wrong name each time I visit and laughs when I correct him. Also, they assistants that work beside him always seem like they are annoyed with him so it feels like you're laying between a workplace feud.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I was very disappointed with my care here. I had a great experience at Baystate Holyoke, so when I moved to Greenfield I decided I would switch to Baystate Dental here. This location in Greenfield, however, is so bizarre. The office looks like a dungeon/hasn't been updated since the 80s, it was absolutely freezing because 'the air conditioner broke', there was chipped, dingy paint on the walls - then I was told I would need to get this scaling procedure, so I didn't even get my teeth cleaned, which was what I went in for. It felt like there was very little professionalism from the staff, as well. Overall it was just an experience that left me with a bad feeling when I left, which was in such stark contrast to the amazing team at Baystate Dental in Holyoke. In addition, I forgot to ask/nobody checked in with me to make sure my insurance was the same, so they billed an insurance that hasn't been active since 2021. I will be going to a different dentist. Don't waste your time here.

Dr A and crew did an amazing job with a tough root canal! I had an abscess emergency, they had me patched up within a day. I didn't feel a thing and the whole staff made my visit very pleasant.

This dentist office is amazing! I've seen two different dentists here and they both were kind, gentle energy, and they both pulled a tooth without it breaking. If you're looking for a dentist this one is a great place. They also accept mass health for adults which makes all the difference in care. Thank you again

Dr. Antonopoulos was so great with my son Andre. He showed him his radiographs and explained the process of his adult teeth pushing his baby teeth out. Andre enjoyed his visit to the dentist!

Have been going to Dr. Antonopoulos for many years because he's an excellent dentist. Very friendly office and excellent dental care. Would recommend to everyone.

I had an issue with the staff at this location and moved to a different location to get better service. The staff at this location wrote awful things in my chart and stretched the truth to poison the waters at the new location. The dentist at the new location wouldn't be in the room alone with me because the staff at the Greenfield office wrote in my chart that "I grabbed the hygienist" during a visit, he insinuated that I attacked her. I was gobsmacked at the accusation. Truth is the hygienist didn't numb me enough and hit a nerve when she was deep cleaning and out of reflex I pushed her hand away when she hit the nerve unexpectedly. The audacity of the dentist accusing me of intentionally attacking someone is outrageous, but so is intentionally writing things in a patient's chart intentionally to have it follow them.

The receptionists were extremely friendly and made scheduling an appointment really easy. Tara, my hygienist was very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable throughout my entire appointment. Thank you for such great patient care.
