Not feeling this office at all. I had a whole procedure already paid for in credit that they completely ignored. They literally tried charging me $200 just to set a follow up appointment after an extraction I paid for. Never in my life have I experienced something like that in any office. They have almost a prejudiced vibe in that whole place. I would never recommend anyone else to this place , especially if your a person of color, nor will I do any more business with them.

Had an appointment in January for a cleaning. Day before the appointment they move my appointment to a different time and dont notify me until last minute and then make me wait until august for the "next available appointment". Now its august and im two days before the appointment and they do the same thing again and tell me i need to wait until February of next year to be seen because they moved the appointment again. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague because you wont be able to get in anyway.

Been a long-standing patient here in this office. I would like to say they have been very kind in understanding when patients can't make it in for reasons out of their control. I'm hoping to have many more years here.

I had a great deal of pain over 4th of July weekend where I could not sleep or eat for 3 days. On Sunday I made an appointment for them to see me on Tuesday. I got the confirmation email and text and filled out my patient forms. Upon the day of my appointment I tried calling them as soon as the office opened at 7:30 am. No one answered the phone until 5 minutes before my appointment at 10 am which I was almost already at the office. When I arrived they informed me that I did not have an appointment and that I would have to wait a month to be seen. This is after I had to call the Springfield office earlier in the morning to get information and the lady there could see that I had an appointment in chicopee. Not quite sure what happened there. Also it was almost $700-$800 total for me to get a tooth extracted when I got it done for half of the price somewhere else. I would not recommend a dentist that has one receptionist who can't answer the phone 3 hours at a time.

I just switched over to Baystate Dental of Chicopee and let me tell you it was the best decision that I have made! Dr.Cox is by far the best dentist that I have had! She is gentle during procedures, makes sure to answer any questions you may have and her personality is amazing, she makes you feel very comfortable. Front staff and the hygienist are also great, very friendly and welcoming. They also fit you right in if you have a dental emergency! Love this place and will definitely recommend to others.

Great doctors at this location!! Dr. Cox and Dr. Majoka are the best and make your appointment painless as possible . Also, nice staff especially Michelle and the girls at the front desk.

The receptionist, xray tech and Dr Mckenna Cox are all very professional and polite. Down to earth, no side eye for not being seen for years and truly understanding of your live changing reasons. In life S**T happens that at times is more important than you. But they made me feel comfortable, willing to work with you and what matters to the staff is making sure it works for me
