After being referred to an oral surgeon that couldn't see me for months out, leaving me unable to eat even partially-solid foods, I found Bayside who was able to get me in much much sooner. I wasn't sure about it at first as new experiences take time to build trust, but believe me when I say that this team built my trust after day one. Everyone has been so kind, quick to assist, and such team players for my own personal health. Dr. Byrnside and her fantastic team are extremely knowledgeable and comforting. My medical concern doesn't have a "cure" per se, but was mostly resolved to the best of their abilities after some very helpful treatment. Honorable mentions to the front office staff Tracy and Heather who also DEFINITELY give calls backs if you leave a voicemail. So if you're somebody that calls a million times a day, trying to get a hold of someone because you don't trust in leaving a VM, you can now rest easy. If you don't reach someone after the first call, one of those two lovely ladies will call you back as soon as they can! Everyone has such positive and welcoming attitudes and prove to be one effective and cohesive team! If you're looking for an oral surgery spot that specializes in what you need, please choose Bayside!

If you need oral surgery assistance...GO HERE. Dr. Brynside and staff was extremely professional, friendly, and comforting. A special thanks to Patty for assisting the Dr. today on my procedure. She immediately knew I had anxiety and she kept my mind at ease the entire time. She gave awesome aftercare instructions and even checked on me a few hours later. Thank you all for your professionalism.

I have been afraid to get my wisdom teeth removed my entire life. They tried to take them in the Army several times and I felt victorious every time I kept them. 20 years later, I paid for my stinginess. I was in incredible pain for weeks. The pain was so great that by the time I had an appointment to have them removed I was in tears from happiness. First, the staff are incredible. Not only did they make me, a stranger, feel like they really cared about my issue, but they bent over backwards to help me as soon as they could. My procedure was the day after my consult! The staff laid out a multitude of options to make my procedure affordable and I was able to pick the level of comfort I was comfortable with lol. I was made to feel so safe and special and the best part? The removal was completely painless! Not only that, my recovery was nearly perfect. I felt no pain at all due to following their excellent instructions and on the 4th day, my clots came out with no dry socket! Dr. Byrnside and her staff were completely exceptional. I was blown away. I am actually looking forward to getting one more tooth removed and I never thought I would say that. They really cared and really helped me. I would stand in front of their practice spinning a sign if they asked me to. I can't say enough about how happy and how great they treated. And they have one of the greatest singers of all time working there. You have to ask her to sing her favorite song during your procedure. I'm convinced that is the only reason it went so well lol. :)

I have severe dental anxiety where in the past I needed multiple anxiety medications to be able to get a cavity filled; the staff at Bayside were beyond amazing. They didn't bat an eye when this 34 year old came in and asked if I could hold a stuffed animal, wear an eye mask, listen to music and it was the first time in almost 20 years I had work done with only Novocain. From the front desk to the dentist everyone made me feel relaxed and that I was the only person they had that day.

I went in for all four wisdom teeth removal. This office front staff should receive 10 stars. The office staff is very knowledgable of the process and are a very friendly group of ladies. Setting up an appointment with them was a breeze I was able to secure an appointment within two weeks in the midst of the pandemic. After the initial consultation they broke down the financials of how much the insurance is expected to pay and what I might be looking at to pay out of pocket. They let me select a surgery day which could be as soon as the next morning. The doctor is very friendly and experienced. They let you decide whether you want to be awake or asleep during the procedure, I chose to be asleep. I talked for 10 minutes woke up and the surgery was done. So glad I came here, thank you

OMG.. Just had the most lovely oral surgery! Does that even make sense??? Most pleasant dental procedure maybe in my life, and not kidding or exaggerating! Recommend to everyone who may need surgery, truly outstanding in all aspects from beginning to end. Was amazed at the doctors speed and softest touch! Much thanks to everyone at Bayside- couldn't say more. 100%

Do not go here if you have children that need oral surgery. Went for a consultation where the process of getting my daughters 2 baby teeth removed was discussed. Scheduled the surgery for today and when they were ready they told me I was not allowed to go into the room with my child. This was never discussed with me at the consultation and my daughter has diagnosed anxiety. She was already nervous about the procedure last night and this morning. When she heard them say I couldn't be in the room with her she started grabbing my arm and crying for me not to leave her and that she needed me. The woman said she would go talk to the doctor about it and the doctor said I could not go back there with her so I simply said that we would not be having the surgery there then because there was no way my daughter was going to be convinced to go back to the room without me. The doctor then proceeded to tell me that anywhere I go I would most likely not be allowed back in the room with her and my only other option would be to go to another office where they would put her to sleep. She said even then if they put her to sleep I wouldn't be allowed in the room and my insurance probably wouldn't cover it. It was like she was trying to convince me to stay there and do the surgery when my child was clearly upset and distressed. In my opinion she was being very rude and not understanding to my child basically having an anxiety attack. My daughter is only 9 years old so its not like I am talking about a teenager/older child. I understand offices have policies but it seems to me that sometimes exceptions need to be made in certain situations. Its not like my daughter was ok with me not going in the room with her and I was upset about it. My daughter was terrified to go without me and no compassion was shown what so ever.

This is me literally 2 minutes after waking up from 4 teeth wisdom teeth removal. Prior to my surgery I was extremely scared . When I arrive I was checked in within 5 minutes . The surgery itself took about 35 minutes . I received laughing gas and a small dose of anesthesia. I felt nothing , remembered nothing. I feel absolutely amazing . I followed the recovery instructions , I have not experienced too much swelling yet, much for the first day. As scared as I was , they made me feel so comfortable that I would do it all over again.

Brought my son in,stepped out for 5 minutes. Receptionist called me that they won't start on my son until I return. Spoke to her with a firm voice when I came back. She told me that I have an attitude and told me to sit down and keep my mouth shut! That is unprofessional to speak to a parent!!

The office was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. This was my first time here and they made me feel right at home! I have never had surgery before and i was really nervous about getting my wisdom teeth out. They put me at ease! Highly recommended!

I just want to say what an awesome group of people this place has from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. My biggest fear are dentist, bad childhood experience and everyone here took that into consideration and was sooo sweet, kind and very understanding. All went well and Valerie Byrnside DDS was super compassionate and did an awesome job. I recommend this place to everyone!! They have all stars checked from me. Thank you all again
