Our teams purpose is to provide you and your family with personalized and gentle dental care. We focus on preserving and promoting your healthy and beautiful smile through preventive and restorative dentistry. Your optimal oral health is our main concern.
Dr. Mitra Madani has over 11 years of experience in the dental field. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maryland. She continued on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry in 2004.
Dr. Madani completed an additional year of advanced dental training before starting her career as a general dentist. She has extensive experience treating adults, adolescents, and children; making her a true family dentist.
Tammy has been in the dental field for over 10 years. She has assisted with a variety of dental procedures. Her favorite part of her job is working with people and comforting them. Tammyenjoys reading and traveling.
Paulahas been with the practice for 15 years. Her favorite part of her job is building a relationship with our patients. You will find Paulaat our front desk with a warm greeting, welcoming all of our patients.

Wonderfully fun and capable team, great cleaning, and extremely helpful observations in terms of what I need to do near term for dental health. They even let me choose my own music on the overhead speaker for the cleaning :) They were also extremely flexible with regard to when I came in. Highly recommend.

I started going to Dr. Madani 3 years ago after my dental insurance changed. With Dr. Madani and her practice, I noticed such a big jump in quality and care compared to my previous dentists. She is so thorough, detail-oriented, and super kind. She has significantly helped me take care of my dental health and made sure I received the exact treatments I needed. Also - her staff is wonderful. Every time I speak to Tammy at the reception desk, she completely makes my day! I would definitely recommend Bayside Family Dentistry to anyone who takes their dental health seriously!
