Bayside Dream Dental has submitted an estimate of benefit to my insurance company, which has been denied, but this was not the reason for disappointing. They submitted a different amount(the price was double which I was told), and much higher than the insurance coverage cap, which also notified by doctor. I think the person whoever helping with the estimate form, is helping to loss business. Also the receptionist has attitude when I first time visiting, and definitely would be the last time.

WOW! What a great dental practice. I had been struggling with a tooth abscess for years. Due to my anxiety disorder, I have not been able to go see a dentist. I had done extended research and review on dentist and came across Dr. Loh and let me say he is the BEST! All his staff are kind and helpful.. I had an extraction and was dead scare but Dr. Loh was patient and explained the procedure with calming demeanor. The whole procedure was painless and quick I am now his fan! Wow. No more anxiety when it comes to dental procedure.. thank you everyone at Dream Dental! BTW, I have never written a review for anything.

I have been coming to this location for about four years. The staff at this location show nothing but the utmost respect and professionalism in their duties. They make you feel like family and I certainly will be taking care of my needs at this location for years to come. I highly recommend this establishment to all those that need a new dentist or those looking for one. Dr. Loh is A+

I visited this place because of the nice review, the front desk and the lady who took me in were really nice. The only thing I was not impressed was the doctor. He was very rough and very short with me, he cleaned my teeth in about a quick 5 minutes and then rushed to go to the next customer. My gum was hurting afterwards and my teeth still weren't completely cleaned. There were still stains in between each tooth.

Dr.Loh is very knowledgeable and excellent skills and techniques. I haven been so many Dentist thru past year Dr. Lol is the Best. Very kind and very comfortable. Reasonable dental treatment cost even without dental insurance.
