Dr. Rowley received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington, where she also received her undergraduate degree in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology. She is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and the American Dental Association. She has completed an AAID Maxicourse in Implant Dentistry in addition to a number of other surgical and didactic implant courses. Dr. Rowley is passionate about dentistry and takes frequent continuing education courses to continually provide excellent dental care.
Dr. Rowley and her husband, Ashley, spend much of their free time on their small farm near Lake Campbell where they have planted a cider orchard and vineyard. Ashley grew up on south Whidbey Island and they are happy to call Fidalgo Island home. They also enjoy traveling, camping, scuba diving, gardening, and playing with their big Chihuahua named Mora.

Facility: We are proud to provide a state-of-the-art facility for the highest quality dental care available. We have digital X-rays to keep radiation levels at a minimum. We also have computers and intraoral cameras in all of our treatment rooms, so that you can see your treatment needs firsthand.
Our office is comfortable and relaxing, with beautiful local artwork, fresh flowers and tropical plants. We have pillows and blankets to help you feel more comfortable while you are receiving the best care that can be provided. We are confident you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
Financial: We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. We offer discounts for seniors and cash payments. We have payment options for major work and offer 3rd party financing through Care Credit for unexpected dental needs.

I agree completely with all the 5 star reviews. Everything went very well on my first visit. When I went home I told my husband that was the best dental experience I have ever had, and I have never said that before about a dentist. So glad I changed!

I like everything about this office. My dentist was Dr. Rowley. She was very pleasant and checked everything. Spent time with me and was not rushed at all. Had my teeth cleaned by B. who was so nice and took time with me also. I wish I had found this office earlier.

Nice music always playing in the background. Kind, caring, thoughtful, skilled and efficient professionals and employees, who explain the treatments during the process to ease any anxiety. Great follow up. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Rowley and her staff to others. Today Dr. Rowley performed a root canal on one of my teeth. Always there is nice music and kind employees to settle me in for the procedure. Dr. Rowley is great about explaining everything she is doing and is attentive. She called me at home this evening to check on me. Very professional. I would certainly recommend this dental practice.

Today was the first time we went to Bayside - it was a very professional, thorough and informative - and the office/reception area was exceptionally spotless! The Dr. Rowley explained everything she was doing during the exam - and why. After asking about grinding of teeth, which other dentists elsewhere had done in the past but then brushed it off, Dr. Rowley took a video of my teeth to show me the extent and result of my teeth grinding and, wow, I couldn't believe the wear on my teeth! So I immediately decided to get a guard for protecting my teeth at night - I wish the prior dentists had provided me with an actual video - I would have definitely done it sooner! The hygenist, Julie, was equally as awesome - she explained the proper way to floss, which no one had ever instructed me on and also just gave me several other pointers, such as changing out my toothbrush every 3 months (prior to it starting to look like a long-haired cat on steroids), to maximize my dental hygiene. Plus the cleaning was very thorough, as well. We changed from our previous dentist because they could not assure us of the vaccination status of the staff - and I'm so glad I did - Bayside Dental is topnotch!!!

I feel as if I won the Jackpot in Dentist. Before moving here I had a terrific Dentist at Smiles in Southcenter. So, I thought I hoped to find one close to this great care and boy did I. Professional, thoughtful, upon leaving my appointment after taking off a cap on my tooth and putting a temporary on was given a bag with soup, tea, Advil with explicit post-operative instructions. I also received a call from the dentist that night checking on me.

It was my first visit to this office. I was impressed with the professionalism of everyone in this office. My exam was so thorough and my hygienist also did a great job and had some good suggestions on how to improve my dental care. I am very glad I switched.

It was my first visit to your office. Patty at the front desk greeted me promptly. She was very helpful. The Dental Assistant quickly took my x-rays. Dr. Rowley was friendly and professional. She found a cavity that my previous dentist couldn't find. I am so glad I got a second opinion. Thank you for such excellent care!

Terrible, scary and completely wrong diagnosis. Rowley informed me I had massive bone loss due to periodontal disease, which I have never been diagnosed with previously. I went to a highly qualified specialist who confirmed I do not have periodontal disease, no bone loss, and do not need to see a specialist. Just be wary.
