Very friendly and personable staff! Felt right at home with each and every person I encountered! I have found my life long home with this dental practice! If you are still searching for a dental home- this may the place for you! Amazing staff, amazing dentist! Can't wait to see the outcome of my dental journey with this practice! I am hoping the costs (due to me needing a ton of dental Work) is affordable- as my husband will be joining this dental practice as well if that is the case! I have not had any major work done yet- so once I start the serious stuff I will give more in-depth reviews! But You ladies are wonderful people

They are very hateful an rude. They even hung up on me !! This was the second time the front desk had been ugly. I gave second chance thinking maybe she had a bad day last time .

I have gone here for a few years and it was an average to positive experience, very convenient location wise for me. Today I got two letters in the mail, one saying that I owed 23 dollars and the other a hand written letter telling me that they are going to turn this over to a collection agency if I don't pay asap and so on. I always pay my bill, this was a new insurance company who covered 23 dollars less and I didn't know. No outreach was made, no emails or calls only these two letters despite the hand written letter saying they had been trying to get in touch with me. I went in concerned as they are threatening my credit which is so important these days, and they said they didn't know why the hand written letter was sent. According to the receptionist it was a mistake and during that time they were not even open to take payments. How is a hand written threat a mistake? When I asked I was just told it wasn't her, and that is it. Not a bad company but be aware, they don't care about you, they just care about your money. They will threaten your well being if they accidentally think you might owe them a dollar.

Super friendly staff, nice office space, and very professional. I was really impressed with how thorough they were about not just a cleaning, but talking over my over-all dental history and health. Highly recommend them.

They are friendly compassion professionals. They welcome you with a smile once you enter. They go above and beyond to make you happy and satisfied. I recommend them to everyone. Great dentist!!

Customer service is awful. My sister had to reschedule her appointment twice because she had work and school and she has random meetings that get scheduled daily. She also moved 40 minutes away to live with me, but wanted to continue there as a patient. The lady told me she could not reschedule again. After saying we would find another dentist to take her to, the receptionist wanted to say we could reschedule. This is not my dentist and I don't think I would ever recommend someone to a place who talks to their patients like that. I will be referring her to my dentist

I have always loved going there until recently when being checked out my bill was more than they told me it was going to be after I doubled checked before I had the procedure done. I asked 4 times and they told me same price until I checked out and then they charged me double that amount. The lady jennie at front desk is rude, but the rest are always so sweet , they do great work, but I will be switching dentist all because of one person that works there .

I love going here. My daughter and I have been going there for a while and been a customer. But for the last yeat it has been awlful dealing with them. Last year I had a procedure and I asked Jenny several times what I will owe and she told me it was covered. I called and asked again the day before I went to make sure, again I was told it was covered. So I went, after the visit I was told I owe $250. I told them I could not pay that and that's why I called before hand. So I set up a payment. A few weeks later my daughter needed to be seen for she was in pain and Jenny told me they would not see her until I paid my balance, which should not have even affected her for she had Medicade. I was furious and had to pay it so she could be seen quickly. Jenny is so inconsiderate and there has been several times she said told me one thing and had to pay another.. I love going here but I am actively looking for another dentist all because of one person.

Felt like family upon my very first visit! Very welcoming environment and Dr Chacknes is incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help her patients.
